Lovejoy is literally the only band that I actually like every song. I’m very picky with the type of music I listen to yet lovejoy gets it right on the dot every time. Seriously, I am incredibly picky with the music I like. Lovejoy is simply the best.

Words can't describe the physical reaction I just had to listening to this song. Holy. Shit. All the hype around this song was completely justified, it's so fucking GOOD. Absolute banger. Beautiful Lyrics. And DAMN Ash really came in with the bass for this song. Holy shit.

Genuinely might be my favourite song in the whole genre, its definitely going to be rattling around my brain for several months *at least*.

As someone who has been following wilburs music since ycgma, the improvement in his voice since then has been so impressive, some points in this album absolutely blew me away ÷] looking forward to what y'all make in the future!

most songs to me are just piles of words with music in the background but one of the times i was listening to this song i herd "Breaks you down just to act as the architect" and i was like "oh shit that actully makes sense, huh"

The production on this song is amazing, I feel like we just don't get recordings like this much anymore. Mic'd fret boards, mixed-in DI on guitars, live drums, audible room sound, a crisp and silky vocal track that doesn't even have a gate, tactical use of double tracking, huge compression on the kick drum and separately mic'd hi-hats, and the best bit of all, mixing in what could only be Wilbur's improvised beat box percussion from his vocal session to stay in the groove of the song during the bridge. Flawless.

OMFG this song exceeded my expectations so much , before I even listened to this album I had not heard anything about this song , no leaks , no snippets , no nothing . I love this song so much from the first opening note on the bass I was instantly captivated and trapped in the cage of infinite listening. Each second of enchantment by the wonderful sounds and amazing lyrics. I am entrapped in the mystical land that is this song, around every corner there is is an infinite maze of possibility, winding around multiple realms of colour and wonder , a realm of captivating beauty in every cleverly crafted structure of the world, a realm of dense and lush forests and enchanting landscapes that make you look into your life and question if you have ever seen a land so beautiful in your entire life. The sun in this realm is coloured purple , the grass blue , the leaves yellow , the moon blood red as if the body of a wondrous and enchanting demigod had just risen and gained a mystical weapon of mass destruction and is using it to entrap trillions of souls from every universe in their sandbox of death and destruction. To sum it up this is a great song and if you couldn't tell already I love writing ( I'm 14 btw ) .

I think this is the best song on the EP. Ash's bass and Joe's lead guitar during the verses, the cleaner little guitar flourishes from Will, the amazing drums (and solo) from Mark, and the incredibly heavy chorus, especially heavy for Lovejoy. Amazing song.

I really enjoy the rhythm used throughout the song & percussion solo break! Fantastic song!! The chorus reminds me of a chase scene from a movie when it gets faster!

The amount of emotion you can hear in his voice at 3:07 is crazy. Lovejoy is such a good band dude..

This is amazing. It makes me want to cry, and I have no idea why. It doesn't sound as though it's a song, it's different, it feels like thoughts. I don't know how to explain it, it's just so real. It feels like the screaming thoughts that envelope my head in distasteful sorrow, it feels like the burning flare of emotions that are furiously ripping my heart to shreds, it feels just so real. It explains all the inexplicable that my brain consists of. This is how every one of their songs feel. It feels so refreshingly real. It feels like all the pain is slowly seeping out of my brain, and is replaced by a pool of understanding. I probably sound crazy, but I'm sleep deprived, so I guess this is the product of the restless nights that I've endured thus far. Even if I don't relate to the lyrics, (the lyrics, singing, everything is absolutely beautiful, don't get me wrong) the music within itself just melts my brain, but in a good way. Yeah, I definitely sound crazy. Oh well.😅
