Loved Ones of Jeffrey Dahmer, Zodiac and Other Serial Killers Speak Out
These people were loved ones of serial killers. Sierra Barter’s family held close a monstrous secret. And this year, it was her mission to discover the truth. Joseph James DeAngelo Jr. is known as the Golden State killer. In 2020, his brother-in-law of 40 years, James Huddle, spoke out about him. In 2017, a woman had no idea that the man she was having an affair with was one of America's most notorious serial killers. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more.

Depends on how they killed someone. Most serial killers have a signature style of killing. Not every serial killer was like Jeffrey, cannibalizing his victims. It's just a buzzword media people love to throw around. Samuel Little would most likely be the no.1 contender for the title of America's most prolific serial killer considering he has the highest proven body count.
