One of their less high-profile songs, but I think it's one of their most powerful. All five of them hit peak performance. Those solos are gorgeously composed, and of course they play them flawlessly.

Absolutely flawless incredible performance

This has to be one of their best guitar solos. Amazing how they have so many. I love that Asami plays the piano too in the shows now.

Hahaha, you might need to dig their sound a bit farther. Some say Priest, some say Metallica, the others say Slayer, Megadeath, Dragonforce etc.....and I say Lovebites is unique Lovebites. An authentic modern metal. They just have DNA from old school metal which is legacy from Gene Vincent, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry and so on. Lovebites has all that DNA plus influences from romantic era classic music. The wolves' den is deep and vast. Enjoy your odyssey !! Have a good one 🤘🐺🤘

@@RussellFamilyReactions In an interview she said that her musical life was interfering with her private life so she decided to take a break from music altogether. That's not to say she won't do anything with music at all I'm just repeating what she said in the interview. It would be so cool if she knew how much she was an integral part of the band and decided to come back at some point. I just hope their next bass player has just as much energy and stage presence as Miho did. I hope this pandemic gets under control soon. I want them to come to the states so bad. Brittney Slayes and Unleash The Archers follow me on Twitter and I've been talking to them about a tour with LoveBites and Burning Witches. That would be the ultimate concert. 🤘🏻😝🤘🏻

@@RussellFamilyReactions i hate to try to theorize what happened. i imagine that there is bigtime pressure in that business to keep the songwriting and performing train rolling. not everyone handles it well and the death of her dad a couple of years ago affected her deeply as well. a break may be what she needs and the pack loves her and wishes her the best. she wrote a song about her dad's passing called 'journey to the other side' and the live from the daughters of the dawn concert is both enthralling and heartbreaking. for you to watch:kzread.info/dash/bejne/inWatNiggayzm84.html

@@RussellFamilyReactions IYO sorry but I think the best is what suits the song if that means Rapid fire Picking or Meticulous Plucking or Slapping or Tapping, and I'm fairly sure Miho can do them all but the Lovebites songs are best served by the style she uses here

@@RussellFamilyReactions Yes, Midori usually uses a highly-customized ESP E-II Horizon that has the "reindeer blue" color scheme. I saw an interview where she said that the black one is used when she needs a different tuning, so I asked what tuning it was. She replied that the black one is for dropped d tuning. She also uses an ESP Arrow for "Winds of Transylvania" and an ESP GCS (guitar craft shop) that she built at ESP's guitar craft shop in Japan. In their earlier videos, she uses a white ESP E-II FRX.
