  Rita is an absolute goddess and a diva in the best sense of the word. I was in her live concert two weeks ago for the first time, and it was an amazing experience. My all time favourite song of hers is עטוף ברחמים “Covered with mercy” makes me cry every time. The song is from a mother’s point of view, while pregnant with her unborn child, trying to prepare him for the pain in the world, promising to love and comfort him even when the world outside is burning. Ever since october 7th, this one resonates more powerfully, thinking of all of the mothers who were not able to protect their children from the atrocities. This clip is from 1989!
