Umm.. prayers answered? They were the opening act for Iron Maiden's farewell tour before COVID hit!

LOVEBITES RULES!!!

Up a notch, a fret, halfstep. Then they upped it again. Love Miyako’s repetitive riff up high under the chorus (Edm leftover?). And the lyrics, not groundbreaking, but hit home, match the performance. Oh, and rhythm sections rule. "Liar" was Miyako's old song featuring Death voice, released by "a drop of Joker"[Miyako(Gt.)]. For that was Miho's favorite, LOVEBITES remade it into a Power ballad. Surprisingly "a drop of Joker" was an EDM Metalcore band🎵

This made me tear up real quick! Holy ....!

What can you say about Lovebites? Dude, I can only imagine listening to them on vinyl, the music these gorgeous ladies put out is in your face outstanding!

Lovebites liar first time I've heard it this is as good as the rest of them ain't it they are really fantastic send some of this music around the United States I've been sending some of it to the Philippines and back to Japan I'll be happy to see this group really make it big this is the leaders of our future ,music we leave for the kids

She started classical piano when she was three got several years in it now hard to believe anybody can be like this really smart and beautiful got a good thing going so she worked hard for it ,,did you know Texas is almost three times the size of Japan

I hope you ordered the special edition of Clockwork Immortality that comes with this blu-ray :) This is probably my favourite song off the first album. Love it when Asami gets to channel her inner Mariah, lol. And as for Miyako on keyboards . . . There's a bit in Burden of Time where she plays guitar with one hand and keyboards with the other. Honestly you cannot go wrong with any lovebites releases. I have the 3 full albums plus the live bluray and they are fantastic

Miho doesn't get enough credit. With everything else going on around her shes the one holding the song structure, as you said she's rock solid on the bass and it can be damn fatiguing playing with that intensity.

For sure. If your rhythm section isn't operating as one unit, you're not going to sound very good. And she's one of the top five bass players I've ever heard.

Would be in my top 5 or 6 Lovebite songs. Harunas pace is just phenominal

@Aratha Sena No such thing as a bad Lovebites song. Their consistency so far is mind blowing! 💣💥 💫 😵 😰

I'd like to comment about Miho - as usual with bassists, she's the one people don't talk about much and still, she's such a good and strong bassist. More, she's the boss! She's the one who decided , once Destrose disbanded, to form a new band, and soon asked her old Destrose pal Haruna to join in. The rest is history.

Miho is as solid as they come. The thing about a good bass player is that you don't usually notice them until they aren't there, or you have a shitty fill in player.

Shaun Stackhouse is where I come to revel in LOVEBITES!

I've seen similar drumstick rotations and exaggerated arm moves on one drummer, they said it help them keep time at certain beats as they know exactly how long their moves/tricks last and then the next strike is in order, then again I saw a lot of drummers doing them for fun and losing sticks, I wonder who the teacher of Haruna is.

As a musician you pray for a good drummer, because you'd be surprised how many stick have flown by my head because the drummer tried to twirl a stick. lol

did you catch that drumstick toss haruna does at 4:11 and 4:12 ? jeezus is she a machine.and asami justs sends me into wonderland.so you have clockwork cd coming,eh? pay particular attention to tracks 4-9. some of the most amazing tunes you've ever heard-one of my favorite cd's of all time.you will lose your mind if you haven't already like me!

@@ShaunStackhouse i haven't seen any jrock or metal anywhere in the usa for sale other than amazon and sometimes i have to go thru jpurecords.com and cdjapan.co.jp-i was at a mall in mass.last week at a big cd store and they only had a section for kpop and bts was the only choice-nothing from japan-my store would look a lot different if i owned one!

I've got them all except the new one which I've ordered, be sure to go pick up Awaken From Abyss, it has what's still my fav song called Don't Bite The Dust!. It's an amazing album too. My other fav song being The Crusade.
