LoveBites, HIGH OCTANE POWER METAL! Fami is a perfect replacement for Miho, and although Miho will be missed and supported in her decision to pursue other endeavors, her place will be filled as long as Fami wants the job. Interestingly, I noticed in this posting, she has a facial expression much like Miyako, more on the serious side. And, I noticed in the initial video posting that she is using two different basses... in the studio, the base has no headstock, while the one in the video does and is definitely 5 strings. Keep on reacting bro.

Miho was the most "metal" member of the band in my opinion but Fami is more than capable to hang skillwise and can take the songs in new/different directions. I came across LB 3 years ago and am still floored with their skill and songwriting. I think we already know their new album is gonna be good. Not because they can shred or play fast, but rather because they are so good at writing good songs. Can't wait.

Great reaction. This reaction has sorted out the men from the boys as far as reactions are concerned. Those who appreciate the level of talent on display cannot sit still and are often lost for words. Actually lost for words, not just saying so. Kudos my friend for treating this thunderstorm of a song with the respect and admiration it deserves…and meaning it. I was regularly encouraging people who not only thought that the band wouldn’t have the same Edge, and even many who interpreted the whole hiatus as the end of the world. I never doubted that they would deliver, never doubted Asami’s promise that they would return and always stated that what came next would be unparalleled. And so it came to pass. I was all ready and waiting. And then I wasn’t. Nobody could have predicted this. It is the catchiest metal song ever, with every possible ingredient blended perfectly like a good chill. Asami’s voice is just ridiculous. Haruna, Miyako and Midori are the only living things to have got so close to the speed of light. And Fami. Fun, full of energy, fantastically creative and with furious finger’s playing bass at a level that matches her band mates. Perfect got perfected. And they’ll keep on perfecting it. Best band ever. I mean ever.

Yup, they leveled up. Never thought you would say that, but they have. Fami, based on this song, was a PERFECT choice. The solo run, after LOTS of playbacks, is my favorite. Midori was blazing fast and tight, and Miyako showed she worked on her speed during hiatus (she said she was doing that). The bass lines in the solo run are incredible. Haruna's cymbal/bell work was the best I've heard from her, and that says a lot. Asami's voice is the best I've ever heard from her, and that says a lot. Amazing comeback, better than I was expecting, and I was expecting a lot.

@@salsaucedo I won't apologize for saying this is the best I have heard from Asami; that Miyako did what she said what she was going to do during hiatus and that was speed, and it showed in her solos; that Haruna was at her absolute best with her cymbal work.
