Be careful because by entering the very dangerous world of LOVABITES you run the immense risk of not being able to do without them! If I have one piece of advice for you, it's: CONTINUE! It's a huge pleasure every time. 5 geniuses.

Asami - the one and only voice, is a former ballet dancer and have sung behind a lot of other people. LoveBites is my favorite band. So many great songs fo choose from. Best musicians in the world! You just witnessed greatness. These ladies are on a whole different level all their own. Unfortunately their bassist is no longer with the band and they are on hiatus until they get another bass player. Their last tour was with Dragonforce. Their last tour was not with Dragon Force, they have done many shows in 2020 and this year they did 5 shows before Miho left. The tour they did with Dragon Force was the Daughters of the Dawn tour and they have done FOAK last year and Ride for vengeance this year

Young Japanese women in elegant white dresses and high heels kick ass their stubborn metalheads like ours. Who could have imagined this 10 years ago? Instead of blindly imitating men, they rebuilt Metal in a way only women could.

In 2018 they were named Best New Metal Band!! They all write songs, this song was written, music & lyrics, Miho (bass). She with Haurna (drums) founded the band after Destrose broke up. They wear white because they are all petite, tallest is 5'2" and shortest is 4'9". So they chose white to standout on the dark Metal concert stages. They have played at 2 metal festivals in Europe and toured with Dragon Force in the UK. 2 bands to checkout Aldious "We Are" and Mary's Blood "Marionette". Next; Chopin Etude, Swan Song an epic performance and explains why there is piano stage.

They wear white in contrast with the common black in the metal scene, their special thing. In Japan they may be short, but not tiny. Myako is just above average.

Petite women who wear white dresses and high heels to stand out from other bands and be seen easier on stage, but they are Metal Goddesses who can blow away anything else especially LIVE. Wait till you experience the piano songs by this band who blend '80's metal with old world masters and then raise it to a whole new level. They slide into and out of their influences effortlessly (Slayer to Maiden to Metallica etc...) and are flawless with their LIVE performances as they are relentless in the pursuit of perfection. Asami/vocals at 4' 10" is a Napoleon stage general who controls the crowd, the band and the entire concert when she is on stage thundering over the music behind her. She is an ex-ballerina who was a backup RnB/Jazz/Soul singer who never sang metal till she joined the band. Haruna at 4' 9" on drums is a runaway nuke who never breaks a sweat and plays like this the entire show. The guitars are polar opposites with the extrovert Midori/Blond the Flash/Shred Queen whose smile lights an entire arena (dropped out of Pharmacy school to take up the guitar at 20) and then we have Miyako/Dark (only member over 5' ) who is the introvert musical savant and Melodic Queen and classical trained pianist from age 3 (took up the guitar at 18 and self taught). Miho/bass the founder and the visionary who saw what a metal band can and should be (recently left for personal reasons) and we await her replacement. They have influences from Iron Maiden, Slayer, Metallica, Judas Priest, Deep Purple, Dragonforce, Helloween, and even Gary Moore but they have been developing their unique style. Japan is from years ago like the wold reservoir for metal bands, and a lot of them are related somehow. A lot of all female metal bands comes from an old band called "Destrose" (2007-2015). From this band you have the bass and drums of Lovebites (Haruna and Miho). Also one of the guitars from Nemophila (Saki) also comes from this band. But there´s a lot more all female bands.
