The more I explore, listen to Love Bites, the more impressed I am. They compose all their own music, score and arrange the notes for the respective instruments, then, write poetic, soulful lyrics, first in Japanese, then, translate into English. The talent within this band is astonishing. Love Bites has NO musical limits. I know they're metal, but they could dominate just as easily in ANY genre of music..............What a Super Band!

hands down my favorite band in the last 35 years. no competition .talent level stunning and songwriting and performing skills leave me almost speechless

YES! Before Lovebites... my favorite band was Symphony-X. I never thought I would EVER find a band that could match Symphony-X. Lovebites did it!

Welcome to the LoveBites Wolf Pack (Their mascot is a wolf, on the cover of all their albums)...once you're bitten you're forever changed. I was bitten in 2017 when their first music video was released called Don't Bite The Dust. I ran to ebay to get the CD from an importer, have done so with every album since )5 now in just 3 years). They are the best power metal band since Maiden and Priest. Every song gives that same reaction...OMFG...lol

I love your reaction and your appreciation of this band. Ask a group of video-game artists to design a team of superheroes, sent from another planet to save us from evil and chaos. They are disguised as beautiful young women dressed in white. Forbidden to use force or violence, they use music to battle the darkness. Crazy? They exist, and nothing the artists imagined could prepare you for the real thing.

Great reaction! Bassist Miho is the band founder and one of the main composers. She was in the metal band Destrose for 5 years. After Destrose dibanded in 2015 Miho founded Lovebites by her vision of a more British and European style of heavy metal. Her old bandmate Haruna joined the band, she found the amazing Midori from a not popular pop rock band, she found Asami who was at that time a backup vocal , then she invited Miyako to support on keyboard and guitar. Asami is quite an unique singer in Japan's metal music circle, her voice and singing style are very different from most of the metal singers.

Good heads up, was Miho + Haruna together in Destrose? they were good too but not like this band, really like Haruna's latest drum kit, the bands sound has gotten so much bigger with the new drums.

Very informative.

Miho bass player is creator and boss of the band. Asami "morning beaty eng. " has incredible voice writes lyrics and she is R&B singer as well. Haruna stellar drumming. Midori one of the best shredders worldwide and Miyako multiinstrumental player shredder like her mate, main composer. But all ladies compose. Great reaction.

hello krizz. greetings from germany. lovebites are so awesome musicians. every song again I´m impressed by them all. asumi (vocals), Miho (Bass) Haruna (drums), Midori (blonde guitarist) and mastermind Miyako (guitar and keyboards) are so amazing performers. I recommend "swan song" and "epilogue", both preferribly live. thank you for your great reaction and sharing our appreciation for them.

I'm surprised that this was one of their most requested songs to you. It's a good song (all LOVEBITES songs are, honestly) but they have so many better ones (just my opinion) like Edge of the World, Swan Song, Epilogue, Under the Red Sky, and Break the Wall to name a few.
