Lovebird sounds, A Pair of Blue Black Masked Lovebird.
Pair of Blue Black Masked Lovebird sunbathing in the morning. They are a pair of birds that we adopted, we are interested in them because they have almost the same feather color, a pretty clear blue color (and there is a little violet color on their tails) and both are also types of black masked lovebird.
These lovebirds are quite old, they are a couple who have laid eggs several times. And one of the reasons we adopted them was so that we could breed Lovebird of the same color.
I was quite happy because I had the opportunity to record these Lovebirds's sounds. It seems that only one of them often sang. While the other one just listens more often.

I know. I am crying everytime i saw a african lovebird's picture, video or sounds. It reminds me my other african lovebird's who died because my mom forgot to buy a bird food before she go in hospital with my baby brother. Sorry for my bad english, i am filipino.

My 23 year old lovebird died in 2014. I just got another one. I never wanted to replace him so I got a different color. Looks like he loves the sound

I have a female of the same color, they're technically turquoise because there's still some psittacin present, but she chatters like this when she's napping. I Have her out and listening right now hahah I swear she can tell personatas from rosiecollis!

We just built a huge aviary for my lovebird and Quaker parrot. They have the run of the house and are happier than be bred in tiny cages
