The little girl played Lana Turner's daughter in Imitation of Life i the first part of the movie.
Eleanor Audley as Mrs. Dixon is perfection. She always played the best society matron. She was such a good solid character actress. That voice!! ❤

Interesting. IMDB lists 1962 as a release date, but the closing credits display TCF television logo from the mid 1950s with Irving Asher as head of production. In '62, Martin Manulis was running the TV arm of 20th Century Fox.

Agreed. It is also quite obvious that little Terry Burnham is much younger than her 1962 age of 13.

I thought that was Helen Kleeb as Cordelia. She went on to play Mamie Baldwin on The Waltons.
Produced in 1958- and was "burned off" on "THE COMEDY SPOT" {Red Skelton's summer replacement) on August 14, 1962.
I always liked Don Porter in his roles:-)

What a good program!! Is this the only episode that was ever made or are there any other ones to view? Wish it had been a regular program and not just a pilot. Fine acting by all. Wonder why it didn't make it past just a pilot TV show?
