I had only really got to know him thru the Foos Dee Gees EP - their wonderful tribute to the Bee Gees. And Wow!!! Did l discover a talented musician!!! Plus a super human being as one half of an inspirational friendship. Only to suffer this immense heartache esp for Dave - and Taylors blood and music family for loosing him so young

My birthday is next month and I was born on April 9th 1969 now I'm going to be 53 years old and about 2 weeks away when the doors were still around

Hello i was surprised to listen to your cover together with a Foo Fighter but you're the man mr."Taylor H" I have a nice story to tell you probally knows singer "Ian Ashbury" from "the Cult" he did some shows and he really perform like Jim M a good voice but also Jims style and temperament i think i put a big smile on your face if i tell you about the ending you know why he was the final act on "Pink Pop" in the Netherlands is a very populair and a honour to get invited but the organisator has a contract to stop on 12 O'clock but Ian had a good time on stage and did't not listen to the man you got to stop and keep continuing with having a party and he acting like Jim Ian does a obscene gesture,so end of story was that he was never allowed to perform again and the organizer banned the party goer for live Ian's last word to the microphone was, ? , F.U. man !! [ sorry i never answer such a long story ] I hope you can give me an opinion on this long winded story anyway, I'm going to watch further clips from you + gbu - greetings from the Netherlands 🎙🥁🙏

One of the better Doors covers Ive heard. It is difficult to get the Morrison vibe without sounding like a cheap cover band. Enough little changes and subtleties done in an interesting way with more charisma that I would have guessed from Taylor. First time Ive heard him sing. Plus the Robbie and John were clicking and zoned in with the keyboard player. Seemed they were truly into it and enjoying themselves along with high caliber playing.

I think it's just shame that we lose someone who like Taylor Hawkins and his vocals on this classic doors hit from the 60's and I know that John and Robby are definitely going to miss him dearly right now and they probably have to do something to remember him fondly and he will be greatly missed by the people who knew him personally and I also miss him and his family is still devastated by the loss of him in south America since last week when he died at the age of fifty years old and RIP Taylor Hawkins 1972-2022
