I think Anton's issue with Molly-Mae is that she's the one that proposed to Tommy that they vote for Anton and Belle as the least compatible couple. That one vote got Belle and Anton added to the list of couples voted on by the public, which in turn resulted in them being dumped and not making the finals. I'm sure Anton wanted to make the finals and probably thought he and Belle even had a chance of winning. Making the finals puts you in an exclusive club, you're one of the elite couples, which adds a lot of publicity and opportunities after they leave the villa. He probably feels Molly-Mae stole that from them. Also, she pied him for Tommy, which he seems to have taken badly at the time.

Of course Anton thinks Michael is the best boy...

Imagine being best mates with someone and then watch them go on love island and know someone for a week and start calling them their best mate or being like ‘I’ve made the best of friends on love island’

Their were definitely two sides of the villa - Danny, Joanna, Michael, Anton, belle and Jourdan and then you had like Amber, Maura, anna, Tommy, Greg, Ovie and molly
