Kyle Jones they have been dropping one or 2 minorities in each season after the first season, the public complained but tbh they’ve never really wanted to add black people in there so they saw an opportunity to get rid of one and they did that. And also largely to do with Gender, so far we have seen a lot of stuff from Maura specifically that deserves for her to be kicked off the show, if Sharef is getting kicked off for playing around. He said one thing. Which has been said before and that did not result in any disciplinary action. You really should talk about race until you actually know stuff about it.

My dad lost his Job for saying " good morning Darling" to a health and safety manager who came to his work place. That's my dad's language he always says that to people.
