Good Morning Ms Paula. I'm here to have you make my Day......Paula my biggest joy is cooking, then I was in an accident and that changed my life forever. I was in and out of the hospital so much that got to know me real good. I started having problems with my gait, then slowly wasn't able to walk. My body became stiff and had to learn to walk again. I am getting better not falling as much LOL But my days enjoying cooking had slowed down. I have burnt more dishes than I would like to admit. This is why I so enjoy your show you bring me laughter to start my Day. Thank you for all you offer from your show 🤗😊

I was anxious to see what was in your Salad dressing before I watched this Video and as soon as I looked up your recipe I got so excited because I have been making my dressing this exact same way since back in the 1990's when Pasta salad's became the new thing. What a great tasty Salad you just can't go wrong with this dressing mixture. Here are some of my add ins, diced mushrooms, pinenuts, diced zucchini, small diced mozzarela pieces, cherry tomatoes, diced carrots, different colored bell peppers, and broccoli but not steamed, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Love a good pasta salad..I usually just pour some zesty Italian dressing on it...but yours looks kinda tasty too..Thanks to you and Jack!

Try adding Salad Supreme seasoning with the Italian dressing. I add lots of it.

Like Paula said, it needs more mayo. I hate when vinegar to mayo ratios are off because the dressing is too "watery" if so.

It looks and sounds sooo good my mouth is watering. Jack is right on the money on this one! ⚡️💖⚡️

I have a 14 year old grandson that I raised until he was in first grade and his favorite dish is fettuccine alfredo. He's the only kid that I know that we'll go to dinner with his cousin and one being 2 years older than him, in order of fettuccine alfredo when they're ordering pizza. I just love that. My son-in-law says he eats like me 😂.

I make a salad almost identical to this but instead of shredded mozzarella I use the little pearl mozzarella. It's so good and I agree with Jamie that most of the time that I make it I have it as my main course.

I live in Ellijay, GA (North Georgia Mountains) and we have about 12-15 thousand people not counting tourists. We have at least two Hispanic Grocery stores.

@@christopherhowison5873 My bad lol. I know the Mexican population has grown in the south over the past 30 years and I didn't take into consideration this is the 21st century and you can find mom-n-pop Mexican grocery stores and restaurants everywhere -- even in the Deep South.

Paula, I cannot eat tomatoes anymore, though I have fond memories of them. when I could still eat them. So I added Diced Sweet Red Bell Peppers in place of the tomatoes. Turned out great. Thanks so much for sharing your recipes, I enjoy watching and listening to you. During this Covid 19 Virus I have kept close to home, so listening to you has allowed me to feel less lonely. Steaming the broccoli then adding it at the end would probably work out better. I am not a fan of boiled veggies. Steamed corn on the cob is the best too.

Yum! I agree with Paula; the dressing needs more mayo. I'd use finely cut red pepper instead of tomatoes. And this is screaming for some herbs. Parsley would be great. Can we see adorable Jack cook with "Ginny" again sometime?
