    @@bmclg The media fell in love with this school and reported on how successful it was. Now the story has come out that the school is a giant scam. They faked student applications and grades to get their students admitted. The "school" is literally a one room warehouse with no teachers, is unaccredited, and would threaten students who didn't go along with the scam. Universities (even "top tier" ones like Harvard) ignored all the warning signs because they were so eager to admit black students. Meanwhile, an Asian student group is suing Harvard right now because of how high those same schools set the bar for Asian applicants.

    I was almost in tears for these students until I read that this school falsifies transcripts and records so the students get into top colleges and so that the school has something to boast about. I know it is not the student fault at all and that they get abused here and that they were serious cheated of a real education.

    Hearing the hidden story behind this makes the tears of joy turn to tears of pity. It's awful that they were abused and lied to, and because of that, they will now struggle in their classes and be personally accused of cheating.

    Ben Mone however, if you improve your grades from here to the point you start applying could help. If those two Bs are the only grades lower that As you have at the moment then I think you have better chances. Also focus on your tests and extracurriculars!

    I mean it’s not that they aren’t available to all students but they try hard to pick students that aren’t there to waste time. I go to a college preparatory high school, and my 8th grade year applying was rigorous because they want people to do to the work and be serious about the school because they are helping you shape your future and be prepared for college. Not everyone can handle it

    honestly I remember looking back at this when it was on Facebook a couple times with my mom and I was so inspired by them to get better I'm now in the 9th grade and well only a year after it was first shown it turns out that the school actually taught them nothing and they just made them fake this for millions of views for people to like them and think they were actually a great school but ye that's just if you didn't know about it.

    @@rynolemons8662 The "kids" are all 18 years old at least and as such are adults. They are responsible for themselves and if they choose to take part in a fraud, then they are guilty as well. But because they are black, yet again, they will come up with some kind of excuse. "We wuz scared, we wuz beaten, we wuz threatened, we wuz just doing what we wuz told (like Nazis)"

    So they lied in their resumes about sat scores and school academics , I’m that school theirs no teachers and they have to teach themselves , they treat their kids badly , it’s hell, and they just want a good look for the public when behind closed doors they’re manipulating these kids

    something you guys need to recognize is black people don't have to be on an athletic scholarship to get into iv schools , or the fact that you think that their race got them in, those situations are possible but most black kids get into college on an average scholarship. the fact that people are seriously in denial that these kids worked hard to get to where they are, is undeniably disrespectful and rude
