I've been having such bad luck with my bag purchases lately 😅 What do you guys think of this one? Is she a keeper? I love her so much but bit worried if the gold plating will wear down and end up tarnishing 🥺 seems like such an oversight whoever designed this.. Let me know your thoughts!! Oh, sorry! I missed out on the last part of the video earlier. Omg, the scratches are bad! The zipper pulls are almost the same as one of my bags, but I haven’t used it yet. I just did an unboxing and what fits video, so far no scratches on mine.

Was fine before, why change something that wasn’t broken 😅😅😅 I’m glad your bag is ok, it prob has that D-ring I’m talking about

But I do think the shape and colour is so so adorable and hopefully the scratches are not super noticeable from a distance?? That’s what bothers me too!!! The zipper is fine on the bum bag and even the PSM has the same D-ring extender, why change it?? How annoying 😤 the scratches are getting worse with each use, so I don’t think I’m going to keep it. I’m scared the coating will wear off completely and then it would oxidise and change color. Hi dear? I returned it. The scratches were getting really deep just opening and closing a few times. I don’t think it will wear well 🙈 I really hope they listen to our feedback and fix this issue!! As it’s such a cute bag!! 💜

I went to buy this bag and the floorstock had sooo many scratches, when they ordered me a new one it also came scratched! Im so disappointed hosnestly. They offered to order me another and I accepted but tbh I've lost confidence and not sure I'd want to keep it regardless

Apparent she hasn’t heard anyone else complain of this issue.. so I was thinking ok maybe I just got a bad one. But you pretty much confirmed my suspicions 😔💔 I hope your bag arrives perfect. You would have to be so careful not to scratch it. Massive oversight whoever designed this

Love the color of the heart pouch & I’m surprised how much you can fit inside! Bit of a bummer that the hardware is already starting to get scratched up tho 😢

@@queenofdiamondsamy especially since its such a cute pouch! But since I’ve gotten into bags maybe 3-4 months ago I’ve been hearing about LV’s quality decreasing because they’re trying to meet the demand for the brand so they’ve been ramping up production 😔

Thank you so much beautiful!!! I just went to measure the chain for you! It’s around 77cm, I think they used to have a 30” option haha. Or maybe it’s sold out. I would get the 32” chain 😁 still be perfect shoulder length. I’m 166cm or 5’5” hope that helps!

I love this cute little bag but I’d be a bit worried about the hardware 😕 It worries me that there are so many quality issues these days. So sad your gift to yourself was tainted by this issue! Difficult choice whether to keep or return. I would be a bit worried too, and it’s just that repairs can be a bit of a pain. Let us know what you decide 💜

I didn’t want to bother my SA about it as I ordered it online 🙈 and seems like it’s but a well known issue? Or maybe I just got a faulty one. So I’ll compare it to the bags they have at the store to see. I will be too scared to use the bag if it gets scratches that easily. And like you said repairs is very annoying and takes longggg time usually. How sad 😞 This is such a bad oversight if all the bags are like this

Hi, I definitely think you should return it. You haven’t even used the bag and it’s already scratched. I’m like you in the sense that I don’t like my things looking bad. I think you spent substantially a lot of money on that bag and the quality unfortunately is not good. I really appreciate and enjoy your videos. This is my opinion but you may do as you wish.
