But I think it's important to talk about these quality issues so you guys know what to look out for when you go shopping. SO hopefully by me sharing my experiences it helps some of you!

I personally am not buying leather goods from Chanel and some other brands until I see major improvements… Which is such a shame as I am the biggest cc fan 🥲 Also some people are scared to speak up because they know cc will retaliate and not offer them pieces they want. I felt I was crazy for a while when I first started seeing bad quality at chanel as no one was mentioning it in the start… Wishing you a lovely day Queen 💖

Thank you for saying that lovely!! I appreciate it 🥰 The quality decline in recent years is really a shame, as I'm the biggest chanel fan too!! So it actually saddens me to see issues. You are definitely not crazyyy!!! I was a bit worried I won't get the bags I want after I posted about my mini 22 🙈 They wouldn't let me film for 23k haha. But now things are ok again maybe cos I continued to shop with them? I don't know haha. But it was very risky to speak up that's for sure. I'm just glad I have a large Chanel collection now, so if they do decide not to offer me anymore bags I will be ok 🤪

@@queenofdiamondsamy Same! I’m still very sad because of the quality decline even 3-4 years later 🙈! I personally think they didn’t want you to film because you complained and that is soo shady as they are the ones who are knowingly producing sub par bags! Also, in my opinion, since you continued to purchase, they probably decided that it would be better business and marketing for them to let you film again and let you buy pieces again. It’s because you are bringing in money and also showing it for free to potential customers on socials… That’s how shady they are…. Thankfully I know my sa for 10 yrs this year and she knows I always speak my mind ( I always told her if I didn’t like a piece or if I thought quality was bad) so she respects me enough and doesn’t “punish” me. Also, my closest store is in Italy so the whole system is quite different here than in Australia or Us. In Italy they do allow more leniency regarding buying certain pieces and usually the sa’s are more warm and welcoming. They also complain about the quality of bags as much as the clients… Sadly cc sa’s are instructed to sell bags with damage and then they are the ones who have to do the return or exchange and deal with unhappy clients. And to add, they are doing it for smaller % as chanel cut down % on sold products…. I can recommend you a channel named Super Dacob, he really cover the shadyness of cc in detail, and is a fellow collector who got burned just like we did…. Sorry for a comment this long but there’s so many things to say about Cc Wishing you a lovely day 💖

That is what I suspect as well. You are lucky your SA hasn’t left!! My original Chanel SA left. Then another went on maternity leave. I’m onto my 3rd Hermes SA now as well. I’m getting so tired of having to keep building relationships from scratch 🥲 if my current SA leaves then I think I’m done. I’ll be heading to Italy in May. So I would be very interested to experience the Chanel boutiques there! 😇 and yes I have seen Super Dacobs’ videos on Chanel. The last time I lost my account it was right after I shared about quality issues 🤪 coincidence? Hahaaha

I may have a shopping problem 😅 kinda don't realise just how much I have shopped until I do a video like this 🤣🤣 I am glad I inspired you to get a mini 22!! It is a great everyday bag, so carefree and easy to use. I would've just liked it with less quality issues and drama LOL! Chanel dont always have pillows but they do come in from time to time. You prob need a good SA to keep an eye on it for you, otherwise it's really luck of the draw if you will be able to find one. Thank you for watching Bryan!! 🥰
