I thought about getting the MM but already have 2 Neverfull MM’s so to get a OTG MM would be repeating history :) so it’s the GM for me! Great idea! The GM is a little too big for me, so I might get the PM in Empriente leather.

I bought the GM one 4 months ago as per a recommendation of the LV sales representative, she said the idea of the on the go is to be super large and I can throw anything inside it, the MM size is similar to neverfull, not unique. Now I love my GM one.

Why do you say it’s being discontinued ? That’s a wrong information. It’s available in any LV shop here in France ! Both sizes are available online.

I have the GM...got it before the MM came out and I LOVE THE GM...it's really not that big because of the way it's made and it's great for travel or work or really anything. I will never get rid of it because it's my favorite.....BUT....I also want the MM just because I love it as well....will not hold as much but I love totes and the Onthego bag so I can't pick so what I need to do is buy the MM.....WITH THAT SAID, here in the United States the GM is only $160 more so the GM is a better bang for the buck....love your videos....

Well I think the MM size is worth buying, because I can use this as an everyday bag. While the GM would pick a day to use it for.

Great video. Would be possible to compare the OTG MM or GM with Christian Dior tote? I would love to see how the fabric from each one supports the weight and daily usage.

They are very boxy and can be hard enough to handle in the MM version. I think the GM would just be monstrous for us short girls.

Honestly I was set on the GM now I’m torn. I’ve carried the Artsy and at times it’s been too small for all my stuff. lol. Decisions decisions. Not sure I like the black straps…looks like an afterthought. Your video was wonderful ❤

Hi, I have the GM size, because when I went to the store, I also tried the MM and I thought, ist was too small ( a Lenovo Laptop does not fit in the MM). And also the shop assistant told me that the GM looks better on me ( I am also 5.6 ft. = 1,73 German size). But you are right. The GM is very big and heavy. Maybe I will go for the MM size and use the GM only for work or travel.

SUCH A BEAUTIFUL BAG!!!!🤩😍🤩😍 Both sizes are great, but the MM seems more reasonable I think because the other one does indeed look super heavy and uncomfortable after a while. Only complaint I notice is for a bag that is so expensive why would Louis Vuitton NOT put the feet [gold hardware] at the bottom to protect it???! Like why Louis Vuitton..WHYYYY????!!??? 😟 Wonderful review beautiful lady. I am a new subbie!!🤗 Actually...for only $160 more....might as well get the bigger bag to be honest. Welcome! So glad to have you here :) yes I have also wondered about feet on the bag, however sometimes feet cause the corners of the bag to sag and touch surfaces more, if that makes sense, so I think if you’re careful the flat bottom won’t be so bad. I only have the MM now, I sold the GM as the MM is a much more manageable size. Happy new year!

Strange that the GM on the LV website shows Black straps just like the smaller one. I would love to have the monogram straps. I want to order it. Especially now that i see it isn’t as big as I thought. But i don’t want Black straps.

‼️Pls help‼️ I recently bought an OTG MM from the Louis Vuitton website and it finally arrived today. Absolutely in love with the bag however I only realised that date codes are no longer in the picture and now replaced by microchips. I’ve also read that bags bough from the website are not always real and that you cannot go to the store and have the bag authenticated. Can someone please help me or suggest anything at all? I don’t really want to return the bag and re purchase as I’ve managed to buy just before the price increase

I heard that they changed the straps so that way there’s be a less chance of the straps glazing to crack!

Do you think someone could you the gm tote as a purse or is that 2 big? I have the gm escale tye dye tote but i didn't realize it was that big until i received it. I for some reason thought it would be the mm size but i was wrong. It's sooooo beautiful and perfect for spring. I wanna use it but i feel like its 2 big for a purse even with the organizer in it. The mm would make a perfect bag if you carry alot. Im thinking of using my gm as a diaper bag but.... ugh i wanted it as a purse. I got the pastel one and I think they don't make that color combo in mm.

I really want to get another LV 😩 But they don't back by their products. I've only had my pochette for over a year and barely used it last year because of covid. The button doesn't really lock in place anymore. There are 2 small piece that lock it in place, but one of them I guess fell out. Like exactly how do you break a push/pull button? And considering it's an expensive product they won't fix it for free and want $60 for it. This sale associate said I probably put too much that it broke. Like huh? I put enough and still have a leeway, def doesn't look bulky. My inexpensive bags have lasted me longer. Buttons and zippers are still fine. I have 2 pradas that are doing great. One that was bought months earlier than my LV. So sad.

I dont like how the gm’s logos on the bottom to really match up compared to the mm

Great video. I am considering this bag. Question for you - do you know if the Pochette Matis will fit inside the MM? I'm thinking for carry on bag. I think the MM would fit under the seat so it would be great if I could fit the Pochette inside to carry both onboard. Don't want to put the Pochette in the checked luggage.

It depends what you want to carry - MM is better for me as I don’t need huge amounts of stuff & the wear on the bigger ones if you use them lots can change the shape of the bag a little
