It’s a result of running 1000bhp which to some is unnecessary but personally I enjoy spinning in all gears

Sounds great, I'd love to hear a version without all the pops/crackles, just pure V8 growl (not that pops/crackles arn't fun, it kind of gets in the way of the roar of that mighty V8).

And your smile is freezing at the moment when you hear somewhere in the town M5 f90 stage 2 with ~ the same power like this RS7 in the vid around 800hp somewhere in the town and it not poping and banging, it doing explosions and shooting sounds like ak47 :D a , you immediately know there is no road legal Audi that can beat M5 F90 this is the truth, respect for the RS7 but it is slower than M5 even with the same power sadly :D

@@krko9999 yes all of their engines soundind so good for turbocharged engines the sound is really unbeatable from any of their competitors, are just one of the guys who hated the sound of turbo muffled engines and you compared to the na engines that are different way of course, and completely yes all of new BMW soundin good m2, m3, m4, especially m8 and the incredible M5 fam sedan the supercar beater, even the inline 4 engine in 328 sounding so good for a just I4 turbo engine

The RS7 looks and sounds great apart from the awful pops and bangs. The odd pop and bang used to signify a high performance car but these days it's just mapped in attention seeking that annoys everyone who has the misfortune to hear it whereas that motor makes a truly wonderful noise that many car fans would otherwise appreciate.

I have a C8 RS6 in the US, this exact sound is what I'm looking for. How quiet is it with the valves closed? I drive clients around sometimes and I'm sure they wouldn't enjoy the noise as much as I would lol.

How good are the Mtc motorsport downpipes? Is it worth it? I am asking this because I am planning on buying a C8 RS7 used. It is bone stock but I would like to have an eventuri intake and downpipes but not sure which one to go for, I was thinking akrvpovic but after seeing this video I was considering MTC motorsport. What do you think and what other mods did you do to get those pops and bangs. Crazy video tho!

Loud ≠ Good when it comes to pops and bangs. Less is more. The actual exhaust note sounds good though. I assume just removing the OPF will do that.
