I feel your pain - my storage unit got bought out and doubled my rate - $100 more. I've been looking everywhere else and it seems they are buying up all the storage places around me - I think I'm stuck! I'm so sorry for you too! Thank you for your video!

It stinks!! I'm so sorry that happened to you!! I was able to move into that slightly cheaper unit but if they try to do it again I'm definitely going to just try to get a backyard insulated shed. Thankfully I have the room for it but it's annoying thinking of having to do that. It's a very greedy way to be. Literally nothing changed, I don't think it was bought out they just thought they could raise it??

They have those sheds as rent to own. You could go ahead and get one now and save so much money each month. The payment would be no where near what you are paying for the storage unit.

Hi! I was just wondering how you come up with pricing for the craft fairs. I am doing one this weekend and going back and forth on the pricing and how much stock to bring. I didn't know if you had a suggestions. Thanks!

Hey! For craft fairs I try to price some things slightly lower than what I have it on my website since I don't have to pack/ship items. For most of my items though I don't have a huge profit margin so I price them the same as what I list them on my website. This may not be how other people price things but I like to price things at least twice the cost of the goods so that if I sell one I can buy two. I still have a little bit of trouble with pricing just because I want to make sure my items are affordable but also I need to build in profit to start to try to be able to pay myself, which I actually haven't ever done lol. In terms of stock it really depends on your products! What sort of items do you have?

@@googoogoods I sell mostly dish towels, fsl earrings, tote bags etc. I only have a single need but I would love to get a multi needle. I am trying to make enough money to get one this year. I am the same with in person pricing, I am afraid I am pricing too low but I definitely charge less that what I charge on Etsy due to less fees and shipping. Than you for you response. I enjoy your videos, they keep me inspired.
