May pang you are so lovely and always were. Even really young always a class act, so well-spoken and I hope you have been having and are still having a wonderful life!
TBF i still think May Pang still loves John to this day.

I believe that, too.
May Pang- what a special joy to see you on the show and the wonderful documentary you made. That was all such a touching story, and Yoko talking to you is hysterical, and shows her incredible love and maturity. You were such a precious and beautiful and joyful young woman and a gift to John, so great. And here you are that same wonderful smile and joy for life. John is still here with us, in spirit and all of his timeless music he made. Beautiful, thank you. 🎉 🕉 💖

I always felt that May got used in that whole situation. Maybe I was wrong. She seems so positive about that time in her life.

She was so young. Open minded and idealistic, perhaps to a fault, she was drawn to exploration in relationships. I can't say that I wouldn't have done what she did when I was that age and presented with such an interesting opportunity. Youth is the time for adventure and May had that with John in a most memorable way.
Wow! May a true hero! Mediating Julian and ex wife! So mature!
i love may. she's real.

No pretenses. I really like her, too.
I just watched May’s incredible documentary. She seems like such a remarkable woman. It truly is a shame they didn’t end up together. She was so instrumental(no pun intended) in getting John and Julian together for a healthy father/son relationship, helping and guiding him through so many things. As a John Lennon fan, I’ve always known about the “lost weekend” but wasn’t aware of some of the details regarding it. The overall impression I got seeing this film was May being very down to earth, mature beyond her years, and basically just a really good person. I’ve also never been a fan of Yoko Ono for a myriad of reasons, first and foremost an absolute manipulator in every way. Had John and May stayed together, I really do think there would’ve been some kind of collaboration and more get togethers with Paul before John died.

I think that as well. May also would've probably insisted on security for John once he decided to record again.
May is a beautiful lady. Great interview. John really loved her.

I wonder how much time this movie gives to the close up UFO siting that John Lennon and May Pang experienced together from the balcony at their high rise home in New York City on August 23, 1974. I think it's one of the most fascinating UFO stories ever.

@@user-kq1hg3eo6l I'm guessing they really liked John's song "Across the Universe". And then when in America an American murdered John the aliens became concerned about American on British violence. And that's why the Rendlesham Forest incident happened.

May was good for John!
Poor May. It wasn't lost for her. I'm sure that was coined by John after getting back with Yoko as the time he had to explain away and that's very sad.

Pretty sure it was the celebrity gossip press who called Lennon's time with May "lost". I don't think any of the parties involved saw it that way.

Looks interesting, but apparently the documentary isn't out yet. Or is it?
Where can I see this?
May never stood a long term chance as long as Yoko was around, unfortunately.
Did yoko had sean only because she realised john can get away, with julian also in the picture?

They had reunited in the late 70s and had their son Sean by the time John was viciously murdered. The time out with May could have helped Yoko even more than John. They had the space to learn who they really were in each other's lives.
