This fight's dynamic intro is one of, if not the best executed intros in the entire Lost Judgment imo. The slow build, akutsu's elements of surprise, higashi helping the homie, and the perfection of that goddamn title drop. The lighting, slight camera panning, the backlight, and ofcourse yagami and akutsu being badass as shit. I was so impressed by it.

Are you talking about the the fight where he had a chainsaw? That would've been a cool one to have. Also, I'm pretty sure it was Chapter 7 where you fight Akutsu multiple times.

Daimu Akutsu was definitely Tojo Clan material. Too bad they disbanded before his ascension...

i really felt 1811 was like the slight faster version of the first half "Rake Your Inside" and now that you mention it now this is gonna be the 2nd half of it for me as like you said slower. even has the synthy vocals that are only in the 2nd half of hamuras theme.

It's hard getting attached to anyone in the main story because RGG just LOVE to kill them off, easiest excuse so they don't have to appear in the next game.

I gotta say...yakuza and judgment series has the best boss battle music.

Man i love Akutsu he gives heavy Hamura vibes. They both are similar in the sense that they are deep characters and are smarter than we think. It also makes sense why this theme gives heavy Rake Your Inside vibes too

Lmaoo i dont know why this comment get 120 like, there is no similarity between him and hamura, hamura is much much better and he is a key character to the plot unlike akutsu, plus hamura is a commanding character akutsu is not, he is only a puppet for public security and seriously what kind of deepness akutsu showed to us lol?

It's no coincidence that this is very similar to Ultimate Road Rage from Yakuza 0. Yet despite (or perhaps because of) that fact whenever I hear this all I can imagine is Yagami speeding through a busy highway yelling at the top of his lungs while Kaito is just shooting random drivers.

He should've been on the title screen. What a great character, robbed from us.

Daimu Akutsu is the ultimate recurring boss. Saito brutality + Kanai Brutish yet quick fighting strikes + Kuze tenacity.

That kick he gave to yagami looks painful af 💀

Spoiler: Isn't it Ironic how one of the lyrics say "Hands in the air" when Akutsu is killed by Crooked Cops?

Akutsu just reminds of Shimano from Y0 and YK1. While Shimano is a beast, Akutsu is a Monster or you can say a gone-mad Gorilla who's willing to hurt anyone who pisses him off. He's way more crazy when he fights Yagami with a Chainsaw as if he's gonna slice him into shreds in vengeance.

Be careful! During the first fight, you might have Kaito and Sugiura with you, but Akutsu has a chainsaw, and it hurts. You also don't have your phone, so you can't heal using items! Run to the corners and pick up the health icons if you need to heal! During the final fight with Akutsu, beware his grabs. One is a headbutt that's guaranteed to stun, and the other is a necklift then headbash that is difficult to escape from.

Reminds me of Final Fantasy 10, the heroes tank bullets in a fight but during a cut scene, when they get stopped vis gunpoint, the badass member of the group motioned everyone to stand down. Cut scene bullets always win

@@weedGato Yeah for in game mechanics tho. But in the cut scenes, some of the characters actually get hurt, Tidus almost got shot whereas Zack died in a hail of bullets. Speaking of Yakuza, Kiryu often times get injured especially in his early years where Gao ran up on him.
