Kelly Juice.....LMAO. Like your vibrator for packing. You can tell it's efefctive because you cant pull the casting out of the sand. Good correction angling the patterns to help avoid the "leakers" in the overhung areas. Got to love CNC routers for foam patterns. Subbed! Take care, Kelly

10th!!! Lol my explanation in on that crazy canines channel. Sneaky sneaky, 10:45. Love it. Worked in a metal.fabrication shop as a lead man..couldn't even begin to count how many helpers I've sent to the ER for not properly securing the material on a commercial drill press, 1/2 steel doesn't like having a bit jamming in it. Love the view you have, thanks steve

Cheers Donnie! 6th i guess. 5 of those were mine haha. Yes Sir. i cant say i havent cracked my thumb a couple times when the bit bites. i always try and use a fence or atleast a stop now of some kind. happens quick. i figure those would make good clamp downs also if i slide the work piece under it. Take care friend. working on some more stuff now. hopefully be at it again before too long.

Steve we didn't do much with aluminum, we were primarily an hvac company but also did anything with custom metal work. We did find that when sliding aluminum against aluminum the use of wd 40 helped greatly. I hated welding aluminum and galvanized steel but loved stainless. Be safe

@@donniebrown2896 i almost bought a spool gun for aluminum a couple times. maybe some day. most of the stuff i do is just small custom mounting brackets that dont require welding. I just do basic fab stuff on the side. not a pro by any means. enjoy watching fab guys on youtube. been enjoying the casting. ill be likely making more funtional castings going forward. Cheers. apprciate your feedback
