Lost Dongle Logitech Wireless Mouse and Keyboard?

We lost the USB Dongle/Receiver of our Logitech Mouse and Keyboard MK270 and we cannot use it anymore, I tried to search for some remedy, luckily we found out that Logitech has a downloadable app where you can re-program Logitech USB Dongle using Logitech Connection Utility. This utility lets you use other Logitech USB Dongle (You can buy on-line or use the dongle of your old Logitech device) to your existing Logitech wireless mouse or keyboard.

hello i have mouse logitech g700s but i have lost the dong resiver , but i have other one iths logitech resiver not from thos mouse , il try the unifying from the web site but its NOT WORKING and this metod utility not working THE RESIVER IS FROM LOGITECH it there onter way to conect the mouse

I am not so sure about your problem, I am thinking of some possible problem the dongle is defective or the mouse itself but that's only my assumption. is the dongle was detected by the logitech connection utility?

Sorry about that don't have any idea on other brand that do the same solution as logitech does

try to remove the USB dongle restart your PC then run again the logitech app when asked to plug the dongle plug it the next button should be clickable now... if not it is possible that the dongle is deflective or probably not supported by the app.

If after you were instructed to plug the dongle and the next is not clickable your dongle might have a defect, if after you plug the dongle the next button is clickable dongle is good but after you were instructed to power on the device and the next button is not clickable check if your battery is good if still having problem after changing a good battery most probably your device RF(Radio Frequency/ Transceiver ) might be deflective.

Sorry to hear that mga posibilities kaya ayaw baka may problema usb port mo try nyo lipat sa ibang port, resart the pc kung ayaw pa din baka po di support sensya na di ko sure kung pwede sa lahat kasi di ko naman na try... or worst case baka sira talaga ang dongle mo... yan lang ang alam kong pwedeng dahilan... maaaring mali din ako... peace ✌
