Fyi, you can go straight to Vern at 50 (not sure if 50 req or you can just go after getting your boat, but I went at 50). You boat over to the dock (forget name, don't have it in front of me, buts it's north of waystrand) and you'll pick up the blues there and work through to Vern and chaos dungeons, then you can go back and do the blue quests to the east.

U need to have 50 to do the Vern blue quests, cuz i have tried and one of the npcs said i need to become stronger (req lvl 50)

You need to be level 50, I decided to go straight to Vern as I was watching other videos saying this is the place to be and you can do some quests there but at one point it'll tell you to be level 50 to continue.

@@sigalo8143 No, you don't. I went there at 49 and they gave me the quests easily all the way to to meeting the queen which gave me 50.

@@Amocoru yes but that's all, and the story is much longer than meeting the queen. Before 50 u will do quests only to meet the queen. Later u need 50 because the guard will tell you thst u need to be stronger to continue the journey.

thanks for the explanation, i just got to stern when hit 50 so was a bit confused on how to go from here and unlock all the endgame stuff

One tip I would give people is to do all the side quests. You will hit 50 before finishing the story and you can just slowly chip away at the story while you make yourself epic for the cutscenes lol. ALSO I found this out way too late but you can use multiple recipes at the same time by alt+r clicking them

Get gear from a dungeon, and do serenity and panda islands, you get days worth of mats from those 2 alone, instead of only doing chaos dungeons.

Wish I’d seen this guide when I first hit 50, I almost quit cause I didn’t know what to do and the game wasn’t pointing me in an obvious direction because I was 50 now. I eventually figured out to do the chaos dungeon and honing the gear I got there. But since I’m a newbie, it seems I went crazy and wasted my mats honing tier 1 gear to +17, which I realized was unnecessary cause it later got replaced by tier 2 gear. 😅 I feel for only 80 hours played in a month I’m not doing too bad, but probably will keep making more mistakes.

Galatur crashed Wednesday night and left about 50% without their main quest line. We can't progress forward after 2 days of leveling. Players are irate as characters still haven't been fixed yet. Some people were in their 30s and couldn't pickup any quests at all.

Guys, does anybody know how Arekkz got his viking armor ? I am running a berserker that could use this outfit , much appreciated :D

I was told by a few people in area chat to go to Shushire first to get better gear or something first. Is that not true? Also, thanks for the video!

There's lots of ways you can go about it, but you'll also be the right item level to dive into your first Chaos Dungeon, which gives gear very fast, so you can do that too :)

So get to vern? Do we hit 50 and just sail on over? Do we have to keep doing whatever blue quest we are on and they eventually lead us there? Do we start doing the purples and they lead us there?

I was at vern when i did a purple mission (guide) how to control my power etc..and it was the awakening skill

I'm curious - how do you only have 3.7k HP as a Warrior at level 50 with an i-lvl that's higher than my Artillerist? (which is 240 vs your 370)

can i hit 50 and just travel to north vern and do end game content or do i need to do the islands before that?

I hit 50 when I reached Arthetine LOL. Long way to go before Vern haha

I always hear "theres no rush enjoy your time" but its kinda conflicting when all I see is endgame this and that. And the game hasnt even fully released yet

That would be great! but the controller controls on the pc version are a bit awkward.

Had a blast playing it till 50.. Now there are more and more tokens and stuff. Sadly this game feels more and more like those mobile games. Do they want to confuse with all those different tokens? Battlesystem and story is nice, but the rest feels bad for me

The guy above me has a truly terrible take, that’s said it’s a marketing tactic to confuse a player with various currencies in order to have them lose track of how much they’ve spent and this tactic is definitely in play here. I do feel like I have to add, in the games defense you primarily farm mats to upgrade and not the items themselves, put simply yes it’s bloated but it’s the way of the road

Lost Ark has vertical and horizontal progression. Dont spend money on either and take your time. Absolutely no reason to stress about it on a game like this. If you dont enjoy the end game grind then thats fine but calling an end game system bad because you cant understand it isnt correct. All MMOs have large amounts of currencies in end game including WoW during its "best expansions" but everyone cries if it doesnt click in 12 seconds. Lost Ark isnt designed to be P2W or rushed through.

You gotta complete the north vern story line.

The game is so overly complex and all over the place.... just make a game where you farm dungeons for cool gear... not farm boring daily events to upgrade the same gear 300 times

I loved getting to 50 but I’m now feeling completely overwhelmed by the amount of end game systems, I think it’s kinda put me off to be honest

Why just rush to lvl 50 so fast? You are char lvl 50 but roster lvl 12, so you did just rush it through... the game has so much to offer...

I dont understand why it bothers people. Like everyone likes to play games their own way so just let people do their thing. Some like to rush to the end game and get into the dope raids. Some like to take it slow and enjoy the scenery. If it bothers you then why are you on this video like ffs.
