If you get a bunch of books at once, hit the sort button and then they will stack and you can alt click them to use all at once to save some time

This game is so complex! I love it. Haven't felt like such a noob in an MMO since vanilla WoW due to most of them being about the same.

Finally someone that explains accessories.

You were the only video and guide explaining how to get the class engravings points: you can equip twice the same engraving to increase the points. Now I understand why you can unlock a third engravings slot, because you need two of them for your class engravings already. Thank you! I was driving crazy xD

Good video but the title says "All classes best engravings" and then you only say what the most popular engraving for each class is which tends to be the class specific engraving, something most people could have figured out. I felt clickbaited because I'm looking for engraving recommendations specific to each class so that I can start working towards those engravings.

I'm at Luterra Castle, but didn't get this engraving. How did you get it? I am still collecting engraving books, but gotta do a lot of quests to get just one engraving.

I already unlucked tier 3 for lunar voice yet I only used blue books do I get anything for using the epic/legendary and having more point then needed or is it a complete waste? Edit: If I use both my slots for my class engravings arent ability engraving books useless from that point onward as I need to get the new engravings in otherways?

Great video! First video i've found that made it click for me a bit. Still have a couple of questions though, i hope someone can answer: - Do engravings activate automatically once they reach the threshold? If yes, what is the equip feature for like the Deadeye class engraving in this video? If no, how can you activate more than 2 engraving effects if you only have 2 equip slots for it? - Do you have to level up an engraving in the order green > blue > purple > orange? Or can you also immediately start from blue to get 6 nodes for example? - Am i correct in assuming you basically mostly use recipe books to get engravings and facet stones are just a nice bonus for 1 or maybe 2 engravings you need so you need less books for those? Thanks!

Hey Laurens, I'm the person who made this video just checking for questions like this -Traits will activate automatically when they have enough nodes lit up (Level 1 = 5, level 2 = 10, level 3 = 15). Press escape and check the menu for Engravings, and you'll find your universal engravings, and then in another tab there, your class ones. Any unlocked Engraving Traits can be dragged from there, into your 2 engraving slots in your profile screen. Traits come from engravings, accessories, and your ability stones, so there's multiple ways to get them, not just via engravings -You do have to level them in order, you can't start at blue (rare) if you haven't first unlocked green (uncommon) -Yes, engraving recipe books are entirely tied to engravings only - they're easier to target what you want, compared to the more RNG nature of Stones and Accessories. Stones get stronger though! More nodes on your stones as you get higher quality stones, aswell as more HP for wearing a better stone Good luck

You actually have to equip the ones you want to use, so you can basically only have 2 engraving effects active at same time?

@@laurensj2 Exactly. Only two slots for engravings specifically! But, we can make those engravings higher level to result in more nodes per slot.

The list is great, but you had a bit of misinformation there. When cutting a stone, the % for the red traits are for a chance of CRACKING (turning grey), not a chance of succeeding. So a high % is GOOD when hitting red traits.

I have a problem, i have in total 10 necromancy nodes (9 from books and 1 from necklace) and that should give me lv 2 effect but i just dont see any effect at all, anybody have Idea why? Also should mention, i dont have that stones of birth/endurance with necromancy equiped, is that maybe the problem?

After I maxed out my Class gravings... what can I do with gravings that aren´t for my class? Is there another usage or should I just sell them?

I did at the quest where those engravings were explained the wrong one, but it was actually just one which i leveled false. Is this a big mistake now or am i still fine? Im Worrying the whole Time that i messed up My Late now..

the explanation is great but the devs should make an update and make it easier to understand and work with it cuz atm is annoying AF to deal with something so riddled and little info in the game to deal with this matter that can make people get pissed and kill the game experience.

Hey. Is there any diffrence between uncommon engraving book and rare engraving book? I got a chest with rare engravings and use it like a tard before even checking if there is any diffrence. But i cant find any information, may you help me?

99,50 % for artillerist, cant they buff barrage damage a bit to make it worth using it? I know it's balanced but even the higher geared players don't use it it's because it has more disadvantage than advantage.(for who doesn't know it boost your barrage ability "z" but keeps you stuck in a position free of getting hit) I think It should reward the high level playstile of the player: you know mechanics of the boss --> you calculate them --> you dodge them while charging the fuel meter --> then in that little time fragment you know it's not gonna hit you, you activate your barrage mode and do damage. So why it's not like that? I thought about it and i got only 2 answer: 1-It's that hard to even the most skilled player to make it work in high level content 2-The damage sucks compared to the firepower enhancement Just wanted to know other artillerist main opinions, cause it's sucks to be locked to technically a single choice when all other classes got 2? 🙃

All classes best engravings was the title, and you didn't cover engravings overall for different classes. Gg. Also, you use documents others have made without giving credit. That is pretty bad imho!

the ability stones don't necessarily need to activate effects, because you could "complete" the nodes by using the corresponding engraving books, or with the right accessories. For example you have 3 from your stone, then get +3 thanks to books, that's 6 nodes, enough to activate your skill (5 nodes)

Can anyone tell me how it works? So Mayhem reduces incoming damage by 65% and locks my hp at 25% AND Fortitude reduces my incoming damage proportional to hp lost by 30% at level 3. Does it mean I would have a permanent 95% damage reduction or is my remaining 25% hp considered 100% by the engraving?

No it's considered 25%. The small green hp potions that heal for 30% will heal your entire health pool.

It's probably not additive (65+30) but multiplicative. Mayhem blocks 65%, so it let's 35% of damage through and Fortitude blocks 30% so it let's 70% through. 35% × 70% = 24,5%. Meaning 24,5% of damage would get through or in other words you block 100% - 24,5% = 75,5% of damage. This is at least how all games I have ever played handled stacking of damage reduction.

You will have to farm up more of them with side quests etc. as listed in the video. If you ever play an alt you will have it even harder since you can not repeat those quests
