And frankly, these 3-4M houses often seem much nicer to live in (to me) than 50-90M ones... like, if I were to pick one disregarding the price (and the possibility of selling it later on etc.)

@@vibovitold its actually very hard to find nice mansions to live in that are 50m and above. Most of it are absolutely ridiculous in either shape or just the sheer size of it (length etc). Sometimes it just looks more like a building than a house to live in. I dont want to live in a small building even if i had the money

Awesome video guys. Wish you did a night time view. Those views are awesome and really complete the feel of these homes. Sometime they clinch the impression. I love the Olive Tree, it gives the house character and brings nature in 🙂. The free standing bathtub I think was raised perhaps to prevent the wooden floors from getting too wet.

I really liked the triangular reading nook; what an interesting idea for the shape of this home. Also, I like the use of stone and a softer-toned wood throughout this home, made the space feel very intimate. Even though this house is much smaller than the usual ones, the details used by the designer make it so much more luxurious! Amazing video once again guys!

4:48 I love that paneling and it just makes for such a clean design, I love that these type of homes have such a nice open flow to them and you're not really getting any sensory overload with plugs or cables or things just laid around. Everything like serves a nice clean purpose.

I love the exterior of this house! The interior is amazing as well from the kitchen, material and the living tree inside the house. Only thing is missing is a pool! This house would look better on a larger lot though.

We always integrate the floorplans if the developers have them and in this case developer didnt have them

I love this home, It's very modern but also very warm and welcoming.

I just started watching this Chanel last month and I am amazed

I usually don’t like contemporary design. So much of modern architecture is boring square rooms with no character, but there’s something about this house that I actually do like. I think it’s the overall use of wood and the interesting shapes of the rooms. It just has a really nice feel.

Haven't seen a tree in a house for years!! I love how this developer thinks and the way the house wraps round is intriguing :) Dont know why but getting San Francisco vibes from it.
