I’ve had my Urban Gentry Safari for two years now and it’s pretty much my everyday watch. It’s the perfect size, keeps great time, sits great on my wrist, and looks great with any strap I throw it on. I love this watch.

I was just looking at Lorier today! They look really nice. I was looking at the Falcon 2, but it is out of stock in the blue I liked. I really like the way the company is positioning itself and its business model. I am desperately trying to keep from pulling the trigger, but with it being an American company, I my not be able to resist! Thanks as always for putting this out there, TGV. I was literally walking out of the hotel to head to the jet when this came out. Looking forward to learning more about Lorier as soon as I get to my next layover. Be well, my friend. Stunning looking watches. Love the crosshair dials. I'm very into vintage at the moment and I've been wearing my early 70s Ricoh Automatic recently. Great collaboration sir and fantastic purchase for anyone. Love the white one. Great video as always 👍

@@santiguierrez I am not a huge fan of falcon honestly. It’s very close to explorer to the extent that it looks like a homage. This was the reason I sooo loved Safari - it stands on its own while taking inspiration from so many other vintage watches. Idea of Astra seems interesting. Fingers crossed on what they come up with 🤞

That copper dial is gorgeous! I’ve been waiting for something new from Lorier, and it being a collaboration with you makes me even more excited. Congrats, TGV!

I had the opportunity to see a Rolex Bubbleback (with cooper dial) in the flesh back in the day and I loved it right away. I knew I wouldn’t be able to get it back then, and now I also understand the complexity of owing a vintage piece… so I pretty much gave up on thinking about owning a piece like that, also nobody was making 35-36mm watches in that style… UNTIL NOW! So, I really want to say THANK YOU! Thank you for making this watch happen. You guys literally made this guy the happiest on earth with this release!

The watch looks great, nice classic dial layout and good movement for the price point.. I've had the same movement for about half a year now , mine runs about +-10 seconds a day when being worn and face up in storage. ( Unregulated )

Wow, that is a stunning watch. I'm looking at their website now and love the ivory dial. The copper is cool, but not quite my style. Thank you for not putting a lot of billboarding on the dial. That feels way more classy and classic that way.

Another "CERTIFIED PURE CLASS" edition. Lorier is easily my fav micro. Love how you broke down all the elements that went into the time piece. CLASS!

Thx always for the great content. I’m loving my old 34mm Rolex Air King with blue dial and 3,6,9 like the Explorer 1. Bought it over 20 years ago since I couldn’t afford the Explorer during my college years.

It's a beautiful watch! It's so close to perfection! I personally can't get a watch without a date function lol because thats 50% of the info a watch should give you! Also, I have to do bracelets instead of straps. But aesthetically, this is one of the most beautiful watches i've ever seen. Great job man!

Awesome watches, but man your intro's are awesome. Some of the best on this platform honestly! As for the watches, absolutely dig the ceramic white. Makes the blacks really standout an embolden the dial a lot more to me. Excellent design and specs!

Absolutely Lovely watch sir! Im currently abroad for a semester but at home the DW290 is waiting and soon my Omega NTTD should arrive. The review for both watches youve done, made me fall in love even more! Next acquisition is planned to be an Explorer but this might be a good alternative until then… Just like my Steinhart was an alternative until i saved enough for My Seamaster :)

Same here! The only contender that I know of is the Japanese micro brand Vague's "Vabble", so this is a pretty neat development!

Really dig the Bubble back case . I like the straight edge between the lugs . Beautifully and thoughtfully designed watch .

That’s a great looking design. Love the design of the dials. Might be on the smaller size for my wrist, but a lot of folks will gravitate to this style watch.

I love my Lorier watches! I have two, the Neptune series II and the Gemini Panda. The quality and fit and finish is incredible especially at the price. Great value and handsome watches on the wrist that are elegant and timeless. Of all the watches I have (54+) the Lorier are two of my favorites and my wife's too, as she requests me to wear them several times especially for special occasions. I have been looking at wanting the Hyperion for several months now, but now with this limited run i want the Safari too!!!! Looks like I will be getting 2 new Lorier watches for Christmas!

I was checking their website when the page switch to The Safari ! 😱 What a great design ! 🔥🤩 My only small negative on the Falcon II was the 20 mm lug width. Now it's 18 mm. Nice design refinement. Great design collaboration. Another killer watch that is gonna sold out quick like most Lorier pieces do. 👌😎

That’s beautiful! I actually just got my black/gilt Falcon 2 a couple weeks ago & I love it. Lorier is a great watch brand!

Going to really consider this watch, it’s beautiful. Sadly I missed out on the Squale TGV issue - a watch I really found to be stunning, but just wasn’t in the family budget at the time. TGV, you clearly have found your calling. I hope you continue this work, since you truly have an eye for remarkable timepieces.

Perfect size and great design from you and Lorier. For that classic edge distortion, sapphire can equal Hesalite if made properly. Seiko manages it on the SLAxxx 62MAS series but Omega does it less well on their sapphire Speedmasters.

Just received my enamel (ivory) white today and am loving it!!! Was skeptical about the 36mm case as my go to size is 39mm, but it works so well and I couldn't be more stoked. I don't know about anyone else, but definitely getting a "Raders of the Lost Ark" / Hemingway "Green Hills of Africa" vibe! Great job to you, Lauren, and Lorenzo for a fantastic piece!

Congrats on the collaboration, the watches are absolutely stunning, especially the ivory dial one. One thing I must say though, I am not a fan of the way the vertical line cuts the "Lorier" and "Automatic" text. Not sure if that's because these are prototypes or if it's going to be the same on the watches they're going to sell. Other than that, great work my friend.

Great looking watch, will be my first 36mm! Setup a reminder in my calendar to order ;-)
