That why this is better then the disney version because Pinocchio is being hero like saving the donkeys kids and stop the villains as well.

Pinocchio, not being a “real boy,” cares about others. he sacrifices everything for others because he thinks, and knows, that’s what it means to be real, even if it means sacrificing oneself. the animated version is also super scary but this version (plus del Toro’s) takes the absolute cake.
