So the twist here is the racist whites can't stand Strong Black Men and our pecking order. The white supremacists dictatorship we're under tells you your people are the best at all things. However the reality of the matter is the Black Man's excellence disrupts that narrative. So much you all fall back on cognitive dissonance to cope with this truth. As you just did in your sentence, "The only way to not have Em at the top is to say he was never relevant due to his skin color." This is untrue on many levels due to H.I.P. H.O.P. rules and if you were Black\H.I.P. H.O.P. you'd know this but you're not so here we go.... But go ahead and project your racism on Blacks it won't work as Em is IN H.I.P. H.O.P.

Eminem didn't "move" Black Culture anywhere since that is the culture we're referencing when we say "The Culture". H.I.P. H.O.P. went global in the 80s so White ears already was on it. I mean the UK has a thriving H.I.P. H.O.P. Community since the late 80s. This is why it's important to listen to FBAs when you're speaking on our culture and you don't know Black History.

In the beginning not all blacks were down with Hip Hop (especially the club crowd and the older people). It was a young black culture. So when they say “not all Puerto Ricans were down with Hip Hop” we gotta keep it a buck. It wasn’t even called Hip Hop until way after. The Puerto Ricans that were down, were Afro Latino. This whole debate is senseless at this point. We all know where it started and who started it. It’s the arguing points that are making the conversation have a negative connotation to it.

Yo, from now on if your hip hop knowledge doesn't go back as far as Jamar's or your favorite rapper of all time came about after the year 2000, you need to get your knowledge and math up before you call Jamar. I love Jamar's interviews, but it hurts the interview and interviewer when Jamar has to take 5 minutes to get them up to speed on basic hip hop knowledge and history. Jamar, please stop giving these know nots the time of day until they can come correct... 💯
