Where would you rather it go? To the Royal family? To making more overpriced shopping malls? To get fancier homes and cars for our politicians? Like our tax money never actually goes to important things like more houses to aid homelessness or towards bigger hospitals, it always ends up going into the pockets of people who are already rich. At least this way it's going to a decent cause, to help with a war (something that us Brits never ever have to deal with or worry about by the way, we have no war, clean water, good economy, decent housing, what more do you need at this point, stop being such a selfish twat)

NATO rejected ukrainian applications multiple times to appease Russia. Putin invaded because he thought NATO would weak and would splinter over his invasion. He was wrong.
