I saw Loose Ends in London in November with Carl. Many differences: no rapping, no coasting along wasting time, their clothes fitted and only the drummer and the bass-keyboard player needed to sit down!

Carl's sobriety is well suited to Loose Ends' beautiful original music. No need to gesticulate to the sound of a rapper! here however the sound of the bass is excellent. The Loose Ends spirit remains that of Carl.

@@waynedexter Shalamar is a BIG ask. Howard and Jody have had issues for decades. Remember, Babyface remade "For The Lover In You" and they couldn't even come together for the video shoot. Howard has openly apologized, so...

Great .... I'm glad My Queen Jane is still rocking the house .... However .... It'll never be the same without the originals ...... I will always love Loose Ends in the original format...... Eugene ..... Macca & Nichols...... Whatever's going on???? Squash that s***...... Life despite all you think is Short ......And can disappear in a blink of an eye 👁️ ..... To the guy with the Mike....maybe you're a bit young to really remember Loose Ends, but they sure don't need a geezer shouting cobblers on a mike. They ain't Rap...This is a SOUL band. Show some respect, even if it ain't the original line-up.

Jane eugene is the only original member on stage here so when you call someone dum dum and say he’s the last original member left u need to do your homework!! Carl Macintosh is doing loose ends in the uk 🇬🇧 with a different line up as Jane eugene is here and Steve nichol the other member is doing his own solo project!! So as for them reforming that ship has long sailed!! I have followed loose ends and other Brit funk bands since I was a kid I’m now 58 and still love my soul/funk 😂

Why was this band so played down: they should' have had as much radio play as Mint Condition (who also didn't get the props deserved). I could've really used them in my music collection: as well as for wooing my collection of girlfriends... I was quite the Lover Man (TheBootyWasMyOnlyDuty-4Real)! But seriously... they tight as hell!
