That looks like a legal wall & pieces are painted over continuously or there would be no point to the wall if you can't paint over, someone else will probably paint over Sives piece within a few days, as long as you buff out the piece already there then there's no issues

for tags i think is a issue, but grafitti is different

All things considered this is some dope as paint but your not qualified to use this not hating at all continue growing but this is for the experienced it ain't cheap paint to be waisting start off with them dollar cans than graduate to rustoes then buy wat ever u want 👌
