My Loona flipped herself over and damaged her ears trying to stand up. They were ok after a hard reset, but she never was able get herself upright.

Just know that Loona DOES NOT like to get picked up. She will try to wiggle out of your hand, and you may drop her and permanently damage her.

Would you ever do that to your dog? If so maybe you dont deserve to have something so amazing. Maybe you can treat it like any other living thing you have bought or owned. Remember it's a creature that can actually learn instead of those animals you breed in a lab like Frankenstein
