It’d be fun, interesting and even useful to add a ‘voice’ to the robot - a bark, human speech, lion’s roar, police siren (etc), machine gun (sound!), music…

I like the pit-pats of the robot dog's feet against the concrete. Also, it's hopping is surprisingly cute. The way it hunches before hopping is cute. Hippitis hopitus.

Is there a raise one back leg command? That would be funny to have it do that near some trees.

The best aspect of it is that it doesn't poop.

Exactly. It has no discernable smell so it's a non-thing to a dog. Take a sponge, spray cologne on it then tape it to the robot. BOOM! It becomes something to a dog.

You gotta give him a tail and pointy ears.... oh and make him bark.... A lot..... 😻

'First thing to remember is that dogs are mostly 'nose' animals, rather than visual or tactile. - Realizing that, you perceive a very different experience for the dog - the robot is boring, just like furniture or cars going by. - The vendors will have to provide apps that will engage the dog, and perhaps include olfactory experiences.

It already started for some of us, but still the prices need to lower more as production increases. For now personal robots are still to expensive. I wish I could get a robot dog like that. But specially me living in a poor country it costs too much for me, lile several months worth of sallary.

Dont buy Robo dog .Why is a robot dog when there are many abandoned dogs roaming around us? do you have GF/BF if yes then i will prefer he/she should replace you by a robo dog

If you want it to freak your dog out, put a little sprayer loaded with dog pheromones on its butt. Dogs won't get bored with that!

@@aljackie7060 Well, for one, there are, two muscly thighs closely around. But it is also an industry standard to have a dome around rotating sensors. The poor doggie barely avoided injury a number of times just in this video. To heck with the hardware, it is way more dangerous to its surroundings.
