Hearing Heejin lead that first verse in her deep voice really makes me appreciate how much more comfortable with it she's gotten! I remember when she would try and force a higher voice for herself in the beginning, and I love how she's embraced it! It's very beautiful :D

Mnet always do it like this, sometimes I almost feel they just mean it.

Just give Loona and other GG's comfortable clothes and they can slay any boy group choreography, although it's wrong to label hard choreographies as boy group's choreographies because concepts and choreographies are genderless. Though imagine a girl group dancing on pants and sneakers, they could have more amazing performances and move more comfortably. Thank you Loona, Itzy and Everglow for changing the kpop industry and proving that GG's can dance like boy groups.

@♡ # chae . . . thats their point but compare their outfits in this stage to say TWICE performances where they dance in very tight/small skirts and dresses(or honestly even LOONAs clothes in PTT) where what they can do is limited, physically, by their clothes as opposed to this stage where they can dance freely and comfortably because theyre wearing those jump suits

Okay NOW: I'm over obsessed with their cover choreo BUT as soon as i play this video, THEY'RE SINGNING LIVE ???? Boy. StanLoona is not a hashtag to me, should be a whole movement. Love these women so damn much. Heejin specially.

they’re not singing live here, sadly :’c you can hear that the producers let the vocals sound ‘raw’ like its live but it ended up sounding like the mixing is just bad.. also you can clearly hear the (badly made) autotune on some parts. though you can easily find lots of videos where they do sing live and they always sound amazing!!

they using the original song pitch and the lower their vioce instead. usually female idol raise the song pitch to match their voice...hmm thats why this version kinda hv less tension (power) compare to their practice version

Also, the mix itself seems to have drained the performance of some energy: quieter music relative to vocals, less reverb on the rap sections, and overly clean editing (live vocals, even if they were messier, would have been better for a track like this imho). The sung sections are awesome ofc (it's LOONA).

OMG I'M SUPRISED ABOUT GOWON'S VOICE AND LIPPIE'S VOICE😭😭. SPECIALLY JINSOUL'S EXPRESSION 2:19☠️

High definition make this performance moreeeeee satisfying to watch.

I love them so much but Kim Lip really ate this cover up with the vocals. She and Olivia felt the most natural singing it, but that also may include issues like the mic and audio.

i love everything about this cover BUT the fact that they cut mark's rap cause damn i really wanted to hear jinsoul, heejin, or even gowon rapping it i know they could've done amazingly cause all members are all rounders but well 😭 still this is amazing, they should give more girl groups these "boygroup concepts" or allow them to make bg covers more frequently cause loona have demonstrated several times they CAN and WILL pull it off. also props to vivi, she's definitely the queen of bg covers, i wish she had more opportunities to demonstrate it cause she's excellent at it, in both this one and the not today covers she slayed

That was amazing! the synchronization and movements were just like NCT would perform this choreography. Girl groups often cover boy groups' choreographies with less energy but LOONA is an exception. They always cover boy groups with the same amount of energy and intensity. I'm not NCTzen but NCT's choreographies suit them well, they should cover more of their songs and other bg choreographies~

This cover is super insane. This kind of concept and chroreo really fits to loona.

honestly i wish the producers let them re-record like one more time and smoothed the vocals one more time, sounds unpolished. but their stage presence and dancing is FIRE like always !!
