Always fly jet2 n then jump in a taxi what's frustrating is we still pay for bus transfer no way of getting out of it that I know of it so annoying but hey ho well worth getting a taxi, enjoy Mrs TravelOn, Jack n Alfie

Before Covid you could ask Jet 2 to take the transfer fee off the package holiday but they won’t now they stopped it 😞

Been there a few times Dave and we would never take a bus transfer always jump in a taxi.Her indoors hates buses mind you booking direct with Arona Gran the taxi transfer is paid by the hotel

Haven't been tui or jet 2 always use easy jet and use there private transverse hope you and your family have a great holiday dave❤❤

Ahhhh, back in the day, drop a coach load at departures then grab a BK on the way to arrivals for your new arrivals transfer back to resort, loved airport days

I remember the days

Always jet2. Next time I go to Tenerife I will definitely be booking private transfer as sat there for hours waiting for another flight and didn’t get to hotel in costa adeje 4 hours after landing.

Yes i remember back in the day there were loads of different travel companies. I have done Thomson, Cosmos, Intersun, Blue sky, Manos First choice and those are the ones i can remember. Maybe before the internet and takeovers. I just travel independently now. my daughters never travel on package tours

When we travel to Lanzarote I get a quote from Auto Reisen. I choose size of car, date and times of arrival and return. Prices are displayed and there are no extras, payment card details are taken but you only pay when you pick up the car. The wife waits for suitcase off carousel and I collect paperwork, dead easy.

Dave I can assure you I never never want to go home. To me Lanzorote is my second home, wish many times had purchased a property. Lanzorote I feel very safe not so in the UK we are both 80 and been visiting 27 years, but home responsibilities stop us buying a property. Too late now,

Nice to see Tenerife airport. Lanzarote airport is a nice airport but have you experienced just how slow the suitcases come through? The last few times we have visited it has been about 1 hour after arriving in the baggage hall. When we were waiting to go home you can watch all of the people getting off the plane and getting on the buses, not sure that they are all aware that they are going to have to wait ages before they can get out of the airport. Is this your experience?
