Both treatments for the two trees are very attractive. The simple one with the white puff paint outline is bright and child-like, and fun, and the one with the moss treatment looks so very real, its just amazing! Simple elegance! Well done, Kelly! Great craft ideas! : )

So cute! You could even incorporate the tiny LED lights into the tree so it looks lit up like a Christmas tree. Great ideas!

Maryann Young - Using sots of hot glue the lights could be strung and draped as Christmas lights on a tree 🌲.

Adorable as usual. You could make smaller trees by coming in a bit drawing a line and then scoring with your ruler and straight edge. Then repeat making the last one even smaller...voila, a tree family...lol. ❤️❤️

You could use the styrofoam pieces in the garden section to add height to these! Just put some burlap around it. Or make a little tree skirt in the houndstooth pattern ribbon found at Dollar General. Also, I didn't cut my tree in half as you did...I cut a 3/4 slit in the top of one and a 1/4 slit in the bottom of the other and just slid them together...It doesn't need glue and I can take them apart to store. Also, you can buy the wood airplane and make a "tree trunk" piece to go on the trees or a wooden star. I've done several of them in different designs. One is pure white with big chunks of white mirror glitter....so sparkly!!!! One in buffalo plaid, one solid red with white styrofoam balls I saved from a shipment of bluejeans I got in July! Too cute and a million ways to use these! Also...dollar general has a large thicker wood tree like this. I wish you were my neighbor...we'd have a ball together!!! LOL I just enjoy the heck out of crafting....It feels like an accomplishment to know you made it...took the time and put forth the effort into making your house a home instead of just buying it as-is. Everyone walks into my home and goes...wow! Did you make all of this? I'm proud to be able to say yes, I did!! When I copy one of your designs I always tell my friends to look you up on here and see how easy you make it. Thanks for brightening my day with your sunny personality!

Omg I STINKIN LOVE IT!!!! I have a bunch of those trees and quite a bit of those moss sheets and NOW I know what I am going to do!

FYI-Another awesome & excellent glue that holds very well on most everything I have ever used it on. It is is Beacon Fabric-tax glue. It is amazing and it is like working with room temperature hot glue, without the hot glue gun. Thanks for the hint about the E-6000 glue. I n bought some and wasn’t as happy with it as I thought I would be.

STACK 2 EQUAL PILES OF BOOKS TOGETHER WITH 1/4" BETWEEN THEM...PLACE THE FINISHED HALF DOWN BETWEEN THE BOOKS IN THE 1/4" GAP... THE BACKSIDE OF THE WHOLE TREE IS UP READY TO REPEAT HOW YOU DID THE FIRST SIDE... THANKS FOR SHARING...

Super cute. I hosted a Christmas craft night about 3 weeks ago and lucky for me I found lots of trees. What I did was put them on a candle vase everyone decorated their trees so beautiful. Wish there was a way to take a pic and post on the comments. lol.

Too Cute FYI...in the crafting section at Dollar General they carry a package of unpainted Christmas tree shaped wood that are about half the height of these and not as wide ... I believe there are three trees in the package....the cool thing is that they are made to be 3dimensional so they have been precut and all that needs to be done is to paint and put together ...hope this is helpful...thanks for sharing 😊
