Teardown and look inside Best Logitech Z-10 2.0 speakers System disassembly - What's Inside? Today we're conducting a teardown on these Logitech Z-10 active multimedia PC speakers. In 2006, this Logitech z-10 system cost $150, this system use a 1-inch tweeter and a 3-inch woofer. In z10 speaker has built in DAC, you simply connect speakers to PC and stand play music.

I miss 2000-2010 logitech, its the reason why I'm in love with the brand
great choice of music! I have a broken pair of those; the screen backlight turns on, but doesn't display anything, and the buttons do not light up either. I didn't manage to find what was wrong, but thank you for the video for helping me disassemble this! I'm really not a fan of the touch controls and the glued plastic face plate, but these speakers sound great, and the screen display is still supported by a few programs, and third party plugins. I'll try to get another pair second hand for cheap.
I wish they made a Z-10 V2.. those was really great PC speakers with rich sound for its size. Still have 2pcs of them working, but sound is distorted and cracking. Nowadays speakers from Logitech are trash. Better to look at some studio monitors or alternative to this brand.. like Edifier. Have Edifier S360DB with planar tweeters and that speakers sounds amazing and well balanced sound.

Maybe that sound is distorted, because speaker surround are dead like my z10? I try upload video how i on budget repair surrounds.

Nono, the rubber surround on bass speaker is okay(i also have them dissasembled), but it looks like a amplifier board thing.@@Techscrews

Had two pairs, by far the best Logitech 2.0 system. For me, they are also sligtly better than Creative T40 and they were in the same price range.

@@Techscrews Thank you for content, it's great. On this theme about Logitech 2.0 speakers, I tried almost everything and they are pretty bad, but one stands (apart from Z10) - Z520. I had two pairs also, conpared it to gigaworks T20, they were not on that level, but they were very good. Price tag in my country was about 50€, when T20 was 70.

Magnifico video. Yo he conseguido desarmar uno siguiendo tus instrucciones pero no consigo extraer la placa electronica. Podrías decirnos como se puede?.La silicona del fondo lo hace muy dificil y por ultimo el conector de auricular hace casi imposible extraer dicha placa. Necesito reparar la placa pero no consigo extraerla
