Look! I can speak Spanish, Swedish, Chinese, and Hindi! (But how's my accent?)

This is just insane.
Watch this video and let me know how accurately I speak these four languages, Spanish, Swedish, Chinese, and Hindi.
Fact is I have no idea how accurate either the translation or the accent are in any of these languages.
But just watching this video will blow you away.
The opportunities for exploding the growth of your company, no matter what it is that you do, through effective use of AI and related technologies, are enormous.
In fact, the idea that ChatGPT is the only kind of AI is a misconception that many real estate investors seem to have.
Here at GowerCrowd, we are exploring some of the most advanced AI systems in the world as they develop so we can help real estate investors:
* accelerate the growth of your portfolio,
* increase the amount of capital you raise,
* improve operations and asset management,
* analyze contracts with incredible accuracy and blistering speed,
* underwrite deals...
... the list goes on.
So, that said, I have a couple of favors to ask, if I may.
One, if speak Spanish, Swedish, Chinese, or Hindi, once you've watched this video, please comment on how accurate both the language and the accent are - and if you don't speak any of these languages, would you mind asking someone who does and ask the?
And though we have not launched it yet, our new newsletter will be providing 'easy wins' for real estate investors so you can master the power of AI one small step at a time.
Favor number two: Sign up to the waitlist at easywin.ai and be among the first to access our newsletter when we launch it in the coming weeks.
Thanks! Adam

So how are you learning tje languages. Tell us the process you’re using or is this just an example of converting your English to a foreign language using AI?

@@calebfranks3903 well, reading Mandarin Chinese and speaking it are two very different things; the former being much harder than the latter.

@@GowerCrowd yes, I think I’ve spent about 5 times the amount of time studying Chinese compared to other languages and most of that time is in memorizing the characters.

Swedish does not sound 100% native at all. Atonation is completely of. The choice of words sounds a bit strange to me as well. It is fairly good though= Pretty cool
