    After playing it for a few hours,Star Racer felt good to play, had the heart and soul of F0/SF, had its own identity and good content to start out. Definitely one of the best F-Zero clones out there.

    I'm not super big on weapons in sci-fi racing games, but the "rail shooter" portions of tracks in this game does provide opportunities for additional strategy. Do you hold back and attempt to eliminate your opponents, or do you try to frontrun knowing that you're putting a target on your back?

    Only very rarely. I don't get many chances to use a mic.
