Your comment brought back the same memories from my childhood, my mom used wood for cooking under this tall chimney, we also had a cat that I loved, I absolutely loved the rain than still do.

Yes sleeping with the cat is like a soft engine is purring warm all the time ,it is so soothing

I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜

@bennym1956 yes it can be...but I'm always prepared for anything when I go including any weather condition and maybe having to stay longer... never been in a situation where I felt out of control...have been wet, cold, hot sometimes but no big deal.. Hiked away from my truck one time..maybe 3 - 4 miles, in rocky mtns., instance snow and ice storm with just a day pac...crawled under a everygreen, with fire out front..100% dry, warm and snacked on my cheese and p/b crackers, hiked out next morning...no big deal.

Man you need to pack a couple of those absorbent auto detailing towels and a big dry towel to get that water up on those heavy rain days.

I like the closed captions in English. It is very beautiful there and the sound of rain is wonderful. But don't you get cold from all the rain and wind. My teeth were chattering just watching you. Be safe and God bless

This is a spectacular camp site! Because of the rain, the camp platform is a God send. However, even with the platform slat openings you almost have more water inside than outside! Are you camping during monsoon season? Kudos to a damp, but fun adventure!

Now THAT is a rainstorm! I like watching, but I wouldn't want to be in it.

Beautiful weather nice video

I have that almost exact tent, a Hubba Hubba clone. I watched KZread videos to learn how to set it up with the tarp first and tent second just for situations like that, and you keep the poles and fly separate. I also hammock camp and so you always have the tarp at the top of your backpack in case you need to put that up first before stringing up the hammock.

Excellent video. I will help you with an error you made. There are two systems of time: 12-hour and 24-hour. You are mixing them up. It’s 5:30 pm or 17:30 hrs. Not 17:30 pm. 5:30 pm is the 12-hour system. 17:30 hrs is the 24-hour system.
