Did you know as of the first week of March 2024 a write of mandamus was filed with the SC of Florida case SC2024-0327 compelling Governor DeSantis to remove MRNA products? Lets wait for the outcome as it will determine what other states will do. I have family back in Florida. They have taken the poison and have been ill since then. I had CoVID end of 2022. No vax. I don't ill 12/2023. Sore throat, hoarseness that lingered. My SO had COVID diagnosed 4-5 days before I got ill. I was tested multiple times for COVID, never tested positive. I had a respiratory viral panel that was negative too. I was just starting to improve from CoVID 11 months before and now I feel exactly as I did after CoVID 2022. I may have tested negative, but, I definitely believe I had it again and it wrecked me. suffering without answers. the only thing that helps is NAC and Tumeric. But, it gives me nausea at times. Another BC boy here! Hope y’all are in good health. I’m embarrassed for my province and country. Our only recourse was a Citizen’s Inquiry that seems to have been dismissed. Any other tragedy with far less effect on lives and economy would have had an officially parliamentary hearing. We don’t even pretend to care. This is not the country and values I was taught growing up through our schools and my family. I told my friends, politely, that I don’t want to hear their outrage 10 years later when Netflix releases a doc on COVID corruption. I personally lost 2 people to the lack of doctor's offering options to COVID in Wisconsin. I have another friend who has fought back from paralysis and other body functions after 2nd dose. My friend's in healthcare first pointed out totally different styles of treatments in respiratory illness with COVID compared to normal respiratory illness. Luckily my family was not in a state of mandatory jab. I hit my breaking point on Mother's day when I told my son "you, your wife and your mother all work in being around the public. Why are we practicing distancing?" We had all had and recovered from COVID at that point. From then on we stopped the nonsense!

Yellow, My mom and I battled with low iron most of our pre-menopause time. We took one of two products, that seemed to work well and helped us feel better,. 1/ Geritol -- taste terrible, but effective. Had to hold my nose and chase it down with a slice of bread, though. 2/ Bottle of Beef, Iron and Wine from a company called Watkins. I don't know if either product is available today, hun. Hope this helps someone, and you feel better.

Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The obese will lose loose skin while fasting, but the frail will have increased growth hormone release, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! 24h of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half! This reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system, just like the effect of CBD oil Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting. When the fast is completed, your stomach acid levels will be normalized. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood. This stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth, which can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. Fasting increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting! Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. It’s a little sad to see Johns transformation from a happy-go-lucky upbeat trusting person, to rather stern and stoic/logical and somewhat distressed. The veil of how the world really operates has been lifted sadly. I know I’ve also been changed permanently from this nightmare.

A remarkable spreader of misinformation. In the video he says several times no more OHID excess mortality data. WRONG. it's continuing with some changes so it reflects changes in the UK population.

They said on the radio in Australia cancer has increased over 40% since 2000. But they use the year 2000 to avoid the area of pandemic, but it seems the truth is it's up 35% since 2020 and they just threw in the 5% over the prior decade as a distraction.

Can't help but wonder today with the news out about HRH's cancer diagnosis if your Parliament will pay attention to what Andrew Bridgen has been talking about and about the increase in cancer that have been being diagnosed these past 2 years - some referred to as 'turbo cancers. My heart goes out to her and her family. As a survivor I know and would not wish this on anyone.

My eldest sister is in the medical field, but not serving patients. She works as a liaison between drug companies and regulatory bodies. I used to have an incredible amount of respect for her. That respect has all completely evaporated. She pushes the official narrative as hard as anyone. And when I give pushback, she responds in the same condescending tone or says flatly, "I'm not going to argue with you." So here we have a woman who claims all of the following simultaneously.... - She says, "I love you. I want the best for you." - She says, "The path forward is clear with very clear evidence. I can sniff out BS. That's my job." And when I call her out on anything, asking simple questions, she says, "I'm not going to discuss this with you." How does that make sense? She loves me, wants the best for me, knows what is best for me and has clear evidence to prove it, but won't discuss it with me? Really? My sister is full of crap. At least one or more of the above is false.

I have a brother and a sister just like this. One has a Phd and the other a masters and they ignored my attempts to share info with them when all of this began. Since then, my brother lost both of his in-laws, his daughter (my 16 year old niece) has missed over 110 days of school so far this school year because of a strange lung infection. My sister & brother in law each have at least 4 jibs and they made my 2 nephews (21 & 24) do the same. The youngest is now allergic to everything and gets frequent migraine headaches that were not there before. My sister was diagnosed with a leaky heart valve all of a sudden. Our own mother has been on a noticeable decline in health since her 2nd and final shot with symptoms ranging from bladder infections, skin infections, bruising, POTS, insomnia, fatigue and tremors. Two of her friends passed away suddenly of fast metastasizing cancers within 90-120 days of their 2nd dose. Two neighbors on our street were rushed to the hospital., one for pneumonia in August of last year and the other collapsed while cutting his lawn. He had to have a pacemaker installed. One of my uncles passed away from total organ failure in 2022 after admitting himself to the ER for heart palpitations. I have another uncle fighting leukemia again after being in remission from it for over 10 years and a third uncle who was a jogger his entire adult life, has a diet of canned tuna, rice and beans and voluntarily placed himself on a statin 25 years ago because he is also a hypochondriac just found out that 4 main arteries to his heart are now 70% blocked yet NONE of them talk about any of this and all act as if nothing out of the ordinary is happening!?!? I can no longer look any of them in the eyes! My apologies for writing a book.

She won’t be committed to you because you don’t follow her divisive system of belief. Your sister sounds like my mum and dad. 😅 and that’s not good 😅 My mum got breast cancer/ dad got heart failure from this vaccine… and they both went down screaming and in denial while abandoning their kids. 😅 There is no love ❤️ if people cannot talk and find reason… love and mutual respect ✊ is dissolved/ it is gone… Your relationship with your sister is the same relationship between a person and another person that has a type of psychotic disorder. To save yourself and your own well being… you can do two things.. Let them go! OR take the same anti psychotic medicine 💊 they’re taking and join her! You will be bashing a brick 🧱 into your own head forever more if you don’t walk away. The choice is yours. 😅💁‍♂️
