We stayed at Pam's house for one week, waiting for our unit to be ready. Its super clean and well supplied! Daniela is an amazing property manager, she goes above and beyond! We loved the roof top! The view is beautiful and the breeze was nice! So close to nature!

for me the roof terrace is what makes the price worth it... hope Paul's sister has success renting it out! I stayed quite close to here when I was in Bucerias, but living in an authentic neighbourhood - 20 de Noviembre y Lucio Blanco.

Very nice cozy place. Danelia did a great job on all the decor, when my wife and I move out there I will hire her😃. That ocean view from the Terrace is awesome. Be careful guys with this whole economic turmoil that we're going to go through but I think it will get much better in about 2 or 3 years. My prayers go out to you and your families🤗

LOVE Terralta 1! LOVE that it's a gated community with security guards. LOVE the little parks, i think there's 3, including the basketball court (which also has the nice walking "circle" on the outside of the basketball court). I'm on Sauce & across from my condo, there's a nice little narrow greenbelt with palm trees & shrubs with orange blossoms. The landscaping people do a GREAT job with upkeep. Recently, after a HUGE storm, there were palm leaves, etc., all over the place! This was late at night. The next morning, the maintenance people were out taking it ALL on! Cleaned up, probably before some people were up! Lol. (It is a semi-retirement place, as well, afterall & sleeping in?? i think MAY be a requirement.lol!) LOVE all the street lamps, which makes it nice for people taking walks in the late evening or early morning! Also, our HOA fees include garbage pickup 3 times a week. 🤗 AND it IS a 15 minute walk to the beach, front & center of the beach, from my front door. I'm short & walk slower than i used to, lol but i think a 15 minute walk to La Playa is GREAT! (i just can't take the HEAT . ...and then....the HUMIDITY!) 🥵 I've fallen in love with my condo since i redecorated & did some light remodeling in the kitchen ... i just can't take the HOT weather here! 😔 Can't say it hasn't been an adventure! 😎 God bless the people coming in & may His help be great towards those in the transition, because it IS a process, for sure. And thank you, sir, for your videos! i may have seen a few before i got here & now i see my Terralta 1 featured. How cool is that??! 😎 Take care, stay & God bless! Thank you for your contribution in getting info out there! 🤗

Great job decorating Daniella! Jack and I finally sold our house and move to a smaller one in about 3 weeks. Due to the low Cdn $ we will rent for 3-4 weeks in Bucerias this season. So keep an eye out for us to rent. No stairs. Ocean side. $1200 us per month or so works for us. Glad the hurricane missed you guys.

1200$ usd affordable? 🧐
@MovingToMexiCo
Жыл бұрын
Well if you compare globally to see if Mexico is truly more affordable yes it is. In general, depending what US city your are in, a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome with this similar finishing in a beach neighborhood (forget about being on the water) will run between 4,000 and 7,000 usd per month. Here is a “median priced” example www.apartments.com/13326-maxella-ave-marina-del-rey-ca/7yexh5x/ …
Not good
Too expensive
I think William misses his chicken fajitas and OXXO.

$1200 a month? For that house? You have to be kidding. Those are Gringo prices and that’s mind boggling that anyone would pay that for that house anywhere in Mexico except maybe Baja California just south of San Diego where the Californians live and those places are near the ocean

Ah, the dreaded Gringo inflation!
@MovingToMexiCo
Жыл бұрын
@@1chourse actually the current inflationary pressures are global which has to do with the US, Canada and major European countries expanding QE policies which provided trillions in cheap money. That along with the Covid lockdowns and expansion of green policies has created the huge inflationary pressures we see today. Americans (gringos) buying real estate and mangos are a very small part of the inflationary equation.
You have to be more flexible
