Long Term Care Nursing Tips | LPN In Long Term Care

I'm just sharing a few tips I can think of for any nurses currently working or looking to work in Long Term Care facilities. For LPNs, you can make a lot of money in Long Term Care, however the work load is hard. Here are a few tips to help you stay afloat.

    I LOve this video. Your tips are what many Nurses, new and seasoned, need to hear. I've worked LTC for over 7 years. I've worked all shifts. I even worked as a unit manager for some time. These tips will make your shift and the unit run smoothly.
