We have this in South Africa its called rooster brood in English roasted bread we will have it with a braai which is a wood burning fire. We normally have tomato and onion and cheese on,put on grill very scrumptious.

They can consider opening a restaurant. Now they are setting the kitchen and table, sitting every day. Once they have a restaurant, they may only need to clean up, but no need to setup everyday. They got customers already!!!

they already have 13 branches in Bangkok. All are in shopping complex and all are sellable. This one in China town is the original, which require shop setting.

Authorities are allowed to do so during certain periods. If you act during a period that is not allowed, you will be caught and fined.Street food time 16pm-04am Beyond that time will be normal business.

Knowing Thailand, there will definitely be a few backhanders to the BIB (Boys in Brown) for that. They are also Thai Chinese and this is Bangkok Chinatown so they (the owner) will be connected.

Add anything plus sugar and ppl will love it.

The person who handles the foods should not touch money. It's unsanitary. There's needs to be one person whose job is to handle money and making changes for customers. In doing so, it's more efficient and less unsanitary.

A lot of people mentioning about sanitation, but in countries like Thailand it is normal. I am from the Philippines and it is the same; there is a saying in my home country that you have to eat germs sometimes. Food stalls aren’t really meant for foreigners and if you are going to give a go then eat at your own risk. Yes, there is is a ton of street traffic and exhaust from the all the vehicles plus, any street pollution.

Plus, the exhaust fumes enveloping the food? Hot weather? Yet, we should be only concerned with someone who is wearing gloves touching dirty money?

This video is so crazy to me. The worker lady at the beginning just stops traffic and places steel barricades on a street by herself. The setup for the business looks so tiring and you have to wonder why don't they just have a store? Lastly, the bread looks like wrinkled King's Hawaiian rolls that are stuffed with jelly or syrup.
