I would like to know too. Although I have done highlighting on the same day as a relaxer. I was taught never to do a relaxer and permanent color or this type of lightning on the same day. Thanks for sharing.

Using bond builders and ammonia free color and even the kind of relaxer you use makes it possible to do two chemical services in the same day. Technology has made it more achievable. It would be challenging to get a hold of these kind of products if not a professional.

There are some professional lines that allow you to relax and lighten the same day. Just not recommended for at home use

It doesn’t always happen immediately. I was one of those that used to do it at home before I became licensed and my hair never fell out until I went too far and didn’t keep it up. Then it started breaking. But there are also professional lines that’ll allow you to do both a relaxer and lighten the same day
