So once in a while it makes sense to do a functional re-body. If rust has so totally consumed a car to the point that Wisconsin car is at, and its got all the tags and papers... just get all the new metal needed and get on to the project.

If Mark can build a car from new parts .Why cant he rebuild the 70 Challenger Convertible. I think he jest wanted it for his self.
