It's shaken not build, because it contains lemon juice, any cocktail that contains juice must be shaken, and btw no simple syrup in the long island!

@@santiagovieyra6658 tequila sunrise & john collins are shaken & you top the collins at the end with soda water, but the mojito because you muddle 1/2 lime, that's why it's not shaken plus you add brown sugar in the mojito not simple syrup

La tequila è stata aggiunta di recente dall'iba, e poi il long island va shakerato nella versione di oggi e inoltre penso sia giusto anche perchè le molecole dei vari liquidi si mischiano meglio tra loro. Infine per triple sec o cointreau che sia ci vuole 3/4, 1 di limone e 1/2 di zucchero
