First, Drs. Bhéreur and Filiatrault address the prevention of COVID-19 infection/reinfection to protect the health of all Canadians and prevent post COVID-19 condition (PCC). They provide an overview of the lessons learned from the pandemic and the tools that should be used at the community level to control the spread of SARS-CoV-2.
Second, we hear from Dr. Alon Vaisman as he shares an update on the current circulating variants and available vaccines. He also covers current evidence on the impact of vaccination on post-infection COVID syndromes.
